In both selling my property in Camberley and purchasing one in nearby Frimley Green, the service given by Orchard was impeccable. There was not a point at which I felt uninformed in terms of progress and the chain was managed well to get the move done within our intended timeframe.

The property we were selling was put on the market within hours of our meeting with Orchards. We were informed of each viewing with a text & email, followed by feedback after each visit.

The sale went through very smoothly despite some issues on the way.

Orchard were very skillful in keeping the negotiations moving, and responded quickly and efficiently when the purchaser raised sometimes irrelevant reasons in order to reduce the price.

Overall - very satisfied with the help and guidance Orchard provided to achieve a relatively quick sale of a difficult property due to it's refurbishment needs.

We found the estate agents who looked after selling our property very helpful and great at what they do.

My wife and I chose Orchard having had 3 estate agents to the house and were clearly the most professional. Despite all 3 giving a similar valuation, Orchard came armed with “actual” research to back up their claims drawing on other recent, local sales to justify their claims. The others came with a Right Move survey which in honesty, I could have done myself. Will (who I dealt with) was very personable and not at all pushy. Despite being (fractionally) more expensive than the other two, we liked the way in which Orchard portrayed itself and its company ethos. Having given the tour to the sales team I felt very comfortable leaving them a key knowing they would represent the house in its best light and they were all enthusiastic and respectful when there.

Post sale, Seymone in the office gave regular and useful updates and I never needed to chase her once. The advice given throughout (what was a very long and protracted process due to others in the chain) was really appreciated and the support given was invaluable. It would have been much more stressful had Simone and Will not been on the end of a phone.

Overall, I will highly recommend Orchard to any of my friends and family, safe in the knowledge they would receive a professional and friendly service and achieve the maximum market value for their home. Orchard alleviated a lot of the stress of moving house and both my wife and I are very thankful.
