Great app/service. But iOS/PadOS app could use a little updating.

All the dictionaries I need in one single place. It's really good.
Great customer experience from Christian at Ordbogen.com - Nice to get positive experiences like this.
I primarily use the French-Danish and the English-Danish dictionaries and they are great. The support from the web version is also super easy to use for suggestions/corrections and the response is always friendly, competent and fast.
always helpfull when a translateion is unknown or forgotten
I wish I could give a minus rating to them. There is a mess in the support. I canceled my account and again and again I have been charged for the subscription fee.
I emailed them, they replied with a sorry letter, then again next month same story. Really frustrating.
I subscribe to ordbogen.com to be able to read books in Danish and I am very satisfied with the subscription service. When I had a problem with special characters in my password at the beginning of my subscription they reacted very quickly and took care of it.
But there is one bug in the program which I reported half a year ago and which still has not been addressed: the smartphone app Lemma works perfectly, but the Windows 10 app has a tendency to crash and need to be restarted after nearly every search in the dictionary. This is not a disastrous issue, but it does make using the app less comfortable.
Otherwise, a very good and complete collection of dictionaries, very effective, once one has learned which dictionaries to look in, for example for idioms consisting of several-word phrases.
Before I subscribed to this service, I tried to take out a trial subscription to the Gyldendal dictionary, but because I don't live in Denmark, I was never able to access it. Denmark seems to have an issue with foreigners crossing its border, even electronically. But ordbogen.com does not.

Occasional mistakes, mostly in the English; could use a proofreader! And the recent price increase felt drastic (from 49 kr for 3 mos to 117 kr) – and the cost of subscribing to multiple dictionaries is not something any but the wealthiest individuals will want to pony up for.

Excellent resource when learning Danish. Dictionary is easy to navigate, understand, and complete. UI is clean and easy to use. It is a bit of hassle to keep using Uni login so I purchased my own subscription and it has been worth it.

I was actually pretty satisfied with this product. But the new price is way too expensive compared to what I get. It's quadrupled since I last paid. I paid for two dictionaries before, and now I'm forced to pay for 79. It's not even possible to pay for a year and get a discount anymore.

Too high price increase & bad customer experience
Same old trick - pay 19 kr. for danish / english dictionary only --> pay 39 kr. for 80 dictionaries (out of which 79 i don't use).
That's just not alright

The product is great, but the switch to monthly payment is disadvantageous to international users who may get charged extra foreign currency fees per payment made. Why not leave the option open for yearly (or 3-year) subscriptions?

It was much better before. I don’t like new version and think it’s expensive to pay for it every month

Useful and friendly software. Very nice and helpful staff on the phone helpline.
