Smooth process and great communication...
Bought a curve treadmill online from Origin Fitness, which cost a lot and therefore made me a bit nervous but there was no need. They delivered exactly when they said it would be delivered and communication was great throughout the process. (They actually answer the phone when you call them and email replies are from real humans rather than automated responses.) I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Overall good service, on ordering and communication,,,maybe would of liked what some companies do a text on day of delivery about a approx or hour slot delivery time, as had to wait in all day for a 1700hr knock at the door.

Buying was simple
Buying was simple, easy and helpful..... no complaints but it’s delivery that fell short. When I paid for a second attempt, no txt, messages or anything to confirm until I contacted on the day, was told 11 am and finally received at 4pm with a soaking wet, banged up box. Luckily the contents were ok as well protected.
