I really can't recommend the team at The Duston office enough. Liam, Matthew and Joe all went above and beyond what they needed to do to make sure our house sold and we found one to buy very quickly when our original purchase fell through in the last couple of weeks. Without their hard work I genuninely don't think we would have ended up moving. I had 3 estate agents in to quote to sell our home and they were by far the most professional and suggested the best price which we got fairly close to. Other estate agents had quoted significantly lower as though they just wanted a quick sale. Team, you were all fantastic, I really can't thank you enough and if I move again I would definitely be coming back. You also did a great job with the house sale/purchase for my parents, equally as efficient and helpful.

Thank you to Matthew, Liam and the team for all your support during our very lengthy house sale/move!! Your patience and advice has been invaluable and very much appreciated. You always had time to respond to questions which is great and is very reassuring, we all know how stressful house moves can be! Wouldn't recommend this estate agents to anyone!
Asks you personal questions before you even view the property. You give them all the information to pass there "checks" to see if you would be accepted to be declined anyway. Very misleading and rude. The staff have awful customer service with couldn't give a crap attitude. Avoid at all costs.

I had a contract with Oriordabond fir selling a property. I've decided to go with another estate agent after 10 days and I cancelled my contract with Oriordanbond. After 6 days I learned that Oriordanbond is still advertising my house online. This caused a big confusion to me. I would not advise to anybody to use Oriordanbond

I wasn't sure at first who to pick agent wise but now I wouldn't pick anyone else. I spoke with a very friendly and helpful gentleman called Liam who came across very knowledgeable and professional
Viewings were professional and the after sales process was brilliant. Loads of updates and all communications were clear, never once did I feel I had to chase them for updates.
I hope it's my forever home but if not Oriordan Bond would be the only choice for me.

Great communication from Dan, Georgia and the team. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a smooth and pain free sale & purchase.

The absolute worst letting agents you can possibly find. I was desperate at the time so I would not have moved to their property if I had done more research but I didn't attend the original viewing.

Rude, unprofessional and bullies. They clearly like to bully and harass their tenants and claim any unreasonable cost they can. They are the most unprofessional estate agents I have ever come across. They didn't even complete basic health and safety checks before I moved in and I was locked in one of the rooms for hours.

They were racist to my wife and stole one of her perfumes when they did a visit when we were not home.

I have had 5 estate agents and they are by far the worst. My experience with Carter Jonas was completely different.
I will be suing them this year.

There is a reason they have a 2.4* rating. Avoid them like the plague.

I had a viewing today with Lewis Boyall - sale manager! He arrived late to the viewing, was not interested to share information about the property [possibly he does not know much about it!] or even to give a leaflet regarding the property in question for sale. He did not appear to know much about the property, but he knew about the folding door! I would not put my property for sale with someone who was disinterested and he was in hurry to leave the property. We felt rushed out. I would not recommend to buy or to sell through this estate agency unless they change their behaviour!!

Absolutely fantastic professional estate agents, used them for the last 15 years to sell my properties would highly recommend them. The Brixworth office is excellent, Adele the branch manager is brilliant very experienced and very helpful.

Sadly, I would not recommend this estate agent. This is due to an experience with one agent, but I am afraid I would not recommend on this basis. We were not made fully aware of our sellers true position- which would have been possible to do in a professional manner and not at the sellers expense and so, wasted months waiting for them to find a house only to discover, eventually, they were only looking at ‘one road’ in a particular area. The agent did not keep us updated on progress, as obviously there was none and so I had to keep calling them. I felt fobbed off and let down and when I challenged the agent never felt I received a proper explanation or a honest response! I can’t imagine we were the first buyers who experienced this here either! Better luck to the next! An awful extra stressful waste of time for all in our chain. 😞

The cordiality and response time from Sophie Louise ( Weston Favell office),in and out of work hours, is just nonpareil.
I call her Super Sophie!

I do not recommend this agency, they do not answer the phone, we were deceived, there was supposed to be no chain, but it turned out that there was, Before buying, repairs were supposed to be done, as bad as a broken hinge in the main door, there was no handle to exit to the garden from the kitchen, 3 skips of rubbish, we were assured that it would be done, after exchanging contracts, the agency's answer "that's how it sometimes is". This is unacceptable. After finalizing the contracts, they do not care about anything anymore. I definitely do not recommend!!!!

They only care about the landlords. They talk to tenants like dirt. Once in the property, they don’t leave you alone, 4 years we have lived here and we’ve had 8 inspections.

You can cancel or postpone inspections if you work at home and they don’t cover lost wages.

Rude, greedy, obnoxious and arrogant.
Every person that works there, looks down at you. All posh tories.

Really pushy agent who persuaded me to ignore my buildings report and supplied me with a roofers report of a roofer of the agent's knowing, stating the roof of the house I was buying was fine, when now that I'm in the house it turns out the builder report was right, the whole lot is rotten and needs replacing ASAP. Then they pushed the sale threatening that it falls through and with this forcing my hand and so ending negotiations.
If you buy with this agent, be prepared to be lied at, manipulated and backstabbed.

The amount of support, guidance, and hard work put in to helping me sell my house was second to none. The knowledge of the market and local area was superb. Highly recommended.

Shocking letting agents - AVOID!

There's not a great deal to add as everything has been said before in the previous few posts.

The actions I experienced in the one year tenancy I had with this outfit were nothing short of criminal and in the end I moved to a new property just to escape the total incompetence from every individual I had contact with there.

There were faults at the property from day ONE which were raised but never fixed. Only after quoting my legal rights was a basic repair made to the central heating last winter, weeks after it was first reported during the coldest period of the year. Staff were rude and never replied to emails and more often than not ignored calls. I was so glad to leave that property and I'm now with a decent letting agent, however my problems continued after leaving. Despite having the property professionally cleaned at departure, my deposit was partially witheld for the cost of cleaning affer I had left. Thankfully, following a three month process, the third party adjudicator has just ruled in my favour.

Good riddance O'Rordan Bond. 20 years of renting around the UK and by a yard mile the worst agents I've ever dealt with. You really are an embaressment!

I am a investor looking to purchase a property. Emailed to arrange a viewing for a property week ago. No response for over one week. Called last week to to arrange a viewing and spoke to a girl. I was advised that she will arrange a viewing but not got back to me 4 days gone. phoned on Saturday no one to pick up the phones. gets an automated message to leave a message but the mail box is full.
Today I phoned again to check and the property is sold. Poor quality of service !

Now that I have received the key to our house, I want to thank the team at Weston Favell Oriordan Bond and especially Courtney who is a wonderful and very responsive person. From the first day he showed us the house and until now, he was always with us and did his job at a professional level. Thanks Courtney.
