FRAUDS AND LIARS BOND

I wish I could 0 or even less stars for these frauds. They are scammers. Told us at the last moment that we cannot move into the property and we were on the verge of becoming homeless. The staffs are liars and so as their managers. Luckily we managed to get away from these scammers. I will moving to file a legal case on them anyway. Dont know how they are even allowed to operate into the UK.

Don't waste your time

Very unprofessional and disgraceful company with no regards to a good customer service.
I had a pre-scheduled viewing then someone else was being showed around the property first whilst I was at the address ahead of time. Letting agent conducted himself in an unsuitable manner. Stalled the whole process for over two days after I paid holding fee and then I was lied to and told landlords provided alternative instructions when in reality they let the property with someone else.
Office staff constantly contradicting themselves, tangling in their own lies, showing complete disregard to a customer, lacking integrity and moral code. It is appalling companies like this are still operating.

Moving out because of their scam attempts

If you are a tenant, avoid them at all costs. They have several times made requests that contradicted my tenancy agreement and current law. I was forced to get independent legal advice since they misinformed me of the law so persistently. They will only stop to harass you when they understand that you are aware of your legal rights.
We have served notice to move somewhere else nearby. Yes, we go through the hassle of moving just to not have to deal with this agency anymore. They are ridiculous. If you are a landlord, you should probably avoid them at all costs as well.

** TENANTS - DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS **

When you let a property from them, they do not care about you once you are in the property, they feed you lie after lie before and after to the whole rental process. All they want is your money. We had been waiting over two months for them to sort out our heating and they only then sorted this out when we threatened them that we would be with holding the rent. We are also waiting for them to sort out a blown plug socket in the kitchen (which should have been sorted prior to us moving in) we also have bad electrics within the house and our light from the living room came down with the electrics attached to it, when my partner went to put the light back in after it came out by itself bringing the plaster with it, he was electrocuted in the process. We have even had to resort to having the council out to the house so they can issue these guys with a report or they shall be prosecuted. The council even wrote to them giving a time and date that they would be around at the house to carry out the inspection and for the letting agents to bring a copy of the latest gas safety certificate, guess what they didn't respond nor did they show up to the house. This just goes to show how much they think of their tenants. They couldn't give a monkey's about any of their tenants. The house was a complete mess when we moved in and three months down the line we are still arguing with them, we have had to put up with stained carpets, wallpapering stuck with sellotape, letter box shut with sellotape, wall paper coming off the walls, bathroom floor was glossed! The house is in such a terrible condition and they hadn't done one single thing prior to us moving in. They even rang us a day after we had moved into the property, asking us to chop down a bush in the back garden as it was getting to big and the neighbours where complaining! They are happy for us to leave the tenancy agreement early because we wont drop our issues and they are sick of the hassle because they cant be bothered and would sooner get rid of us. We are still pursuing our claim against these guys through the Ombudsman and also we have filed our complaint with Watchdog! They can not keep getting away with what they are doing, i wont let it happen either! Just take a look at all the reviews online. All you need to do is type in Oriordan Bond Estate Agent (reviews) and see how much dirt is uncovered on these cowboys! They are a really bad company, please avoid them at all costs otherwise you will end up with nothing but hassle for yourselves. I could tell you so much more in whats happened over the last few months but you would be reading a whole story book on everything which has happened. There are loads of other agents about, so your research first before you proceed with anything!
