The kitchen items are practical and have a nice style, but the overall quality could be a bit more refined.

This company should not be allowed to trade. I purchased what was supposed to be a 100mAh power bank which they said was in stock in Norway. 6 weeks later a 50mAh one arrived from China and was not in working order. I put in a claim with PayPal and after they replied saying if I cancelled my claim they would refund me. I refused as I did not trust them. They then came back through PayPal asking me to return it by a certain date which would have cost in access of €40 in Courier charges. When I asked if they would refund these charges they would not answer. I refused to send it back as I would have been further out of pocket. I lost the €96 paid for the faulty unit. Stay clear of these scammers

Advertised as hand blown glass. Recieved plastic and very poor quality. $590 Australian. I should have visited this site prior to ordering but site looked very proffessional and a Norweigen company. Shipping was quick FROM CHINA. Could have bought much cheaper if I wanted chinease tac. AVOID Avoid Avoid

I ordered a pendant light for my dining area and it looks stunning. The design is simple yet elegant, and it really elevates the overall look of the space.

Delivered the wrong color for some kitchen tools (cost 603 DKK / approx. 80,75 EUR). The kitchen tools had a very very poor quality, and are abosolutly not suitable for cooking. The shop refuses to exchange or refund the procuct without considerable costs (20% restocking fee = 16 EUR, and shipping costs 20-30 EUR = total of 36-46 EUR) for the client (It is against the Sales Act). But the shop offered a refund of 10 EUR if I would keep the delivered items.

I ordered "Electronic Anti Snoring Device" from ORNTLI. It took 3-4 weeks to arrive and when I opened the package found a leaflet mostly written in chinese and no opereting instructions. Of course it didnt work. I didnt even try to get a refund because I had a previous experience with these cinese scam producers.
My advice:try to work out if you are dealing with a legit advertiser.

The flatware looks good and has a decent weight, though I expected a slightly better finish for the price.

I ordered sheets for my niece's birthday 30 Jan and they arrived in March. They arrived from China and
were not the correct style. Orntl, who claim to be in Norway are actually in China. They have said it will be £30 to send back to China and offered to refund £15 instead of the £80 I spent. They tried to add a restocking fee and other fees to dissuade me from a return. They do not offer returns and they are a total SCAM. They have not refunded anything nor provided return. Don't shop at Orntli!

The packaging was neat and secure, and the product arrived in perfect condition. The lamp I ordered is well-built, not flimsy like some online purchases. Overall, a satisfying experience.

Absolute scammers. Ordered an Apple Watch strap, but they sent a different size. They have no returns policy. They will ask you to keep the product and chose another product and pay for it as well as shipping costs. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Their flatware set exceeded my expectations! The finish is elegant and feels durable. It took about two weeks to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. Would recommend.

AVOID - Scammers - Ordered a smart watch that was mis-sold as it does not have the functionality described on the website. Multiple emails to try to return it. Have said we need to pay for postage to China to get a full refund! Tried to charge us another admin fee as well.
Have offered a partial refund which is not a lot compared to the price paid for the watch.
Scammers - do not order from this website !

Gas to wait 7 weeks for the lamp. But client support responded fast. The product was as expexted.

My husband installed e LED Lighting from Orntli in the patio area. The brightness and durability exceeded my expectations. It looks premium and performs wonderfully.

It was the worst quality trousers I have ever seen. It took over a month to arrive and even then I had to chase them. I had bought the trousers for an event and they did not arraive in time.

Please be very careful when you order from this company.

The Pendant Light feels sturdy and well-built. Its modern floating design enhances my living room beautifully. Definitely a high-quality lighting product.
