I bought two headsets. One developed a fault, but after a bit of 'back an forth' the issue was resolved. I received a full refund, and bought a replacement.

Were it not for the slightly longer than anticipated rectification, the would have recieved 5-stars.

Everything arrived in a good time and in good condition. Very pleased with this transaction. Would definitely use again.

I placed my order for 2 Switch Lite cases on Christmas Eve. One of them was Blue, which turns out they didn't have in stock, which is fine. Contacted me, I got a different color that was in stock. That's okay.

It's now 1/23/2023, about a month later, and I still have received my order. I've contacted them about this, and it wasn't reassuring at all. I don't think I'm going to get it, and I'm out the money. If it takes a month or longer to fulfill an order, that's just way too long.

Everything as advertised and expected - kids really happy with the accessories to make their Nintendo Switch even more fun to play with.

Fast delivery, the product has good quality solutions. We are happy.

Unfortunately local (Danish) taxes were not included when I bought the product online. A sad surprise from the customs authorities when I received the additional payment for taxes :(

The multi-charger is light and the pair of controllers fit fine but the unit would benefit from a longer charger cable

By far the most beautiful case and style everything about orzly is magnificent well worth the money and everyone I know I pass along to only buy this brand I recently brought the geek pack for my oled nothing compares to quality price style by far the very best on the market and by far the coolest matching colours for switch far exceeds anything else

It took quitte long before we received our package (VR headset for Switch). After contacting Orzly, they were very helpfull and after some checks, the re-send the headset. Great and helpfull service!
The headset works very well and is a nice add on for the Switch.

It's a super cheap phone case that works well. No complaints here.

I haven’t received the delivery all though I took contact with the support and they told me that they would send me a new one. I contacted the support again for two weeks ago but they haven’t answered my email yet. My daughter is very disappointed and so am I.

This company exceeded my expectations! I ordered the Geek pack (I think that's what it was called) for my husband as a gift and when I received it about 3 weeks later the package looked as though someone played soccer with it and the bag it was shipped in was torn and wet so the water seeped through to the box of the actual product I purchased and caused the box to be soggy and torn. My husband is a collector so this just wouldn't do. I immediately took pictures and emailed Orzly. Just hours later I received an email back apologizing for the inconvenience and the way the package was shipped and cared for during delivery. They offered to send me out another one and I accepted. I received the new one TWO DAYS later. I believe they are out of London so that was REALLY fast! Orzlys customer service is absolutely incredible and they truly care about their customers satisfaction. They did a fantastic job at making this unhappy, disappointed customer extremely satisfied. I was even able to keep the original product so now my husband has two! Buy from Orzly as they will make sure you are happy with their products and customer service. They have great, fast communication when there is an issue which is much more than I can say about other companies. Thank you Orzly!
