I am especially pleased with the customer service David whom has been very helpful, quick response with email communication as well as resolving some mirror issue. I had purchased from OSIM in Asia previously and always have good impression with OSIM products including the uSqueez 2 I purchased this time. Very easy process and item came very quickly

It’s was the worse investment or purchase that I did., bad quality chair giving annoying sound and extremely bad customer service shut the phone and insulting being unprofessional ( here in UK). Also I contact OSIM from Singapur they said email us we are going to investigated you case I did and I still waiting the answer after 1 month...

Excellent customer service. I had a query and they got straight back to me via a personal email, not an automated one.
We ordered the ujolly massager from the UK site on Monday afternoon and received It first thing Tuesday morning.
I have many OSIM products that I have bought while in Singapore, and am now really happy that I am able to buy periodically from them in the UK.
I would 100% recommend.

Really good product and was delivered in 3 days

I have owned a turbo version of the massager for over 10 years and I find the new version is not as powerful, the head is not as ergonomically shaped as before, the unit is lighter thus not giving the weight needed. Also the unit does not give the same amount of heat as the turbo. Disappointing.

Frankly I have two problems with OSIM. I have not received the goods I ordered yet but that is because the items I require are out of stock and will not be dispatched until the end of February, so perhaps there is still a review pending when the items are delivered? However I do have a very severe problem with OSIM's payment arrangements. I expressly tried to avoid using your payment collection agency PayPal, whom I consider a bunch or crooks and gangsters.... I chose to pay directly by credit card but guess what? Without as much as a by your leavve I am redirected back to PayPal to use their site as a 'guest'??? Not only that but the evil greedy low lifes have already taken full payment for the items I have ordered and they are not yet even scheduled for delivery until after the end of February??? This is disgusting behaviour, especially considering the OSIM web site very clearly stated that the items would be "out of stock" until the end of February... Today is only the 20th.

The second issue is the exorbitant charge for postage. The items I ordered are small and light enough to be placed into a regular envelope and posted via the normal mail (surface or air) either from the UK or Singapore yet I have been charged £25. for the privilege. This is an outrage!! There was no choice as the the methodology to be used for delivery. It is totally unnecessary to send the items via a courier service. Besides even if they are sent via the UK postal service for courier delivery they use an outfit in Portugal called GLS. The record of this company delivering dispatched goods is absolutely abysmal as they have no interest in doing the job they are required to do! In all liklihood they will not even try to deliver the items and after some 4 - 6 weeks you will receive the package back again saying addressee is "....not known....!" I am really peeved with both of these issues and I hope thatOSIM will take serious note of my complaint.

So at best all I can offer is a two star rating at this point!

I bought this product to replace an older model purchased about ten years ago. As it is a Christmas gift I cannot comment as it is unused at present. However it arrived very quickly and was well packaged.

Extremely satisfied with the level of service in Stratford store, the staff member was very patient and knowledgeable. Demonstrated the uStiletto to me and my wife. Exceptional item, incomparable to other products we had tried previously. Feet felt really light, after suffering from pain in my left toe for over past 6 weeks and nothing was helping. Doc suggested pain killers but a friend suggested to try this foot massager. I feel a ton better, machine isn't very heavy and the warm air heat is definitely a plus point as I bought one previously with standard heat it wasn't helping me at all, brilliant product!!
