My mum uses OSIM leg massager for many years in Singapore and it is an excellent product. Hence, my husband bought leg massager for me to improve blood circulation. Good customer service and highly recommended!

Extremely unprofessional and my chair hasn’t worked at all and not receiving any replies or help. When buying they are extremely helpful and lovely but when you have a problem whey ignore you. AVOID OSIM

Do not buy from them, not contactable email address and Phone number shown on their website both incorrect. They charge £840 for extended warranty for my massage which was over £ 4000. Poor customer service.

Osim been the market for 20 year what are the reason both email address and Contact number are not contactable, how can I be patient if I am getting no where. The OSIM Usqueez2 is a birthday present for my boyfriend. I was absolutely amazed with the overall service, especially during this lockdown period because I made the online purchase on Sunday and it was delivered to me on Tuesday!! So thrilled that it had arrive 2 days before his birthday (I was expecting a 7 to 14 days wait) it was just amazing !! thank you :)
After the parcel was opened, the Usqueez2 is being used almost every night as a treat for him as he is one of the key workers.
