I have got an Ulove chair which costed about 6000euros , it got totally broken within the warranty periodic, I have tried to talk with Osim UK and Singapore, no solution at all, the excuse was the all about the pandemic since February of 2020 until now, in the meantime I saw Osim is promoting normally, so how come you can delivery a new chair but can’t offer a repair or exchange solution for a already sold chair, it’s really a shame, and I would never buy again and definitely don’t recommend.

I bought the uDiva 2 brown classic massage chair for myself and the wife.
It was delivered next day, by 2 really nice guys from Osim UK.
The chair is absolutely fantastic. it looks really classy and has many different massage modes, far better than I was expecting. Can't keep my 10 year old daughter of the chair, great value for the money we paid.(We love it)

We are quite a fan of OSIM, foot massager, back massager, neck massager, head massager. Now we bought a new neck massager. Never disappointed!

Ridiculous chair. Paid over £4k for this chair to only break after 2-3 years of LIGHT usage. Today when I went on the chair, there was a super loud CRACK sound. Something inside definitely broke and scared the crap out of me.

Before, the error 16 code would appear every time, neck detection didn't work and would sometimes take a good 3-4 minutes to turn on. Apparently the fix for this would cost me £450 alone. Imagine if this keeps happening every 2-3 years? Jesus. Stay away from this guys. I only use my massage chair around 2 days max a week. Each time it's 15 minutes of usage. Now imagine if a whole family used this. It'd probably explode within a year. Who knows.

I bought a Osim foot Massager long time ago and I'm very happy with it. As my last massager is very old, that's why I buy a brand new one again.

Ordered the uJolly Back massager. Great massager, ordered it on a Tues and arrived on a Fri. Easy set up. Can’t get enough of it and now having to fight my son for it. 🤦🏻‍♀️

The delivery was sent to a wrong address that was different from my address in my order. Had to go around asking my neighbours and got it back, Overall, delivery service wasn’t great, but the product is pretty good, easy to set up and soothes my daily neck aches.

Have been dealing with David who has been extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable.
Great customer service thus far.

Osim is under new management/ owner. I was desperate for my ujolly control to be repaired as I have MS and am dependent on my chair for pain relief. This nice man became my real Santa & brought me a chair on Christmas Day! Couldn’t believe the kindness & compassion. Forever grateful & will remain a customer forever . Thank you

Just simply excellent both for the personal services including the delivery staffs and the massage chair is exceeded my expectations.

We ordered the uDivine V in Oct 2020 and the chair arrived in Nov 2020, took about 4 weeks (within expectation). David from Osim was very contactable (via FB Messenger and Whatsapp) and very good providing updates.
The delivery was equally good, we did not only get email update and also a text from Louis a couple day before of the delivery time.
The massage chair itself is great, very solid and does the job well.

Amazing Xmas present for my partner, uSqueez 2 Leg Massager and uJolly Back Massager are great combined, highly recommended , worth every eurocent !

I bought the Uscalp and Usqueeze for my mum’s birthday. She absolutely loves them and having been using both since. Especially the Uscalp has helped her to reduce a little ‘bump’ under her scalp skin and made it almost disappear. And she has much less headache now. Very good product!
