Wonderful product and seamless customer service from the Osim UK team.
The products aren't cheap but they are really good, and very underrated here in the UK.
Delivery of our ulove3 was made within four days of ordering and the team made short work of taking the side off the chair to get it through the door.
The customer service from Natalie was also exceptional. Quick and friendly responses.

Amazing service by Gareth trying out the massage chairs at The Trafford Centre.
Great value for money and has made me aspire to buy one in the future!

First of all, let me just say what a great time we had with Natalie at Osim in London. We visited on Saturday 3 May 2025 and explained that we weren't sure. Natalie was totally understanding and let us try the ULove 3. There was no pressure sale, Natalie just wanted us to try the massage chair with different programmes. We spent ages there, went away and came back to try even more! Natalie was so patient, just wanting us to make absolutely sure what we wanted. When we finally decided, making the order was a breeze. Not only that, within a few days, by the following Wednesday we had our chair..and that's following a Bank Holiday Monday! Andrew phoned the day before to say that they could deliver the next day. By 8am on Wednesday, we had our chair, delivered expertly and carefully by Chris and Andrew. Andrew then explained in great detail how to use the chair and answered all our questions, moving the chair to exactly where we wanted, taking great care not to scratch the wooden floor. They took the boxes away. All in all, this has been a great experience and we have a chair that we absolutely love. Best purchase ever! Thank you to Osim especially Natalie for helping us to decide without any pressure.

This is my 3rd Osim chair. I decided to upgrade to the latest ULove model which is pure luxury. The 4D massage feels like a real massage and the built in speakers make it even more relaxing. Pricey but totally worth it. The foot massager is the best I have tried. Natalie and Carmen and the delivery crew were amazing. 5 star experience even in after sales contacting me to ask if I need any assistance to contact them.

Literally scamming you. Bought the chair at the gamescom and everything was fine. Then unfortunately my power cable for the massage function broke. So I mailed them to find out which one I need to buy. Its an exclusive osim cable which can be only bought from osim. Ok, then I wanted to have the link to purchase it online. YOU CANT. YOURE LITERALLY SUPPOSED TO FLY TO THEIR HQ TO BUY A POWER CABLE!!!!! I'm not kidding, this is exactly what they told me. Can only recommend to all of you to stay as far away as possible from this company!!! Because if only the smallest thing breaks, it gets completey useless for you. Unless you live in Singapore and can buy the accessory from their HQ.

The service at Osim Trafford Centre was very good , anyone looking for a massage chair need to go.

I live in Liverpool. I went to the Trafford Centre to try foot massage, the sales Ms Lorena patiently explained all the functions. In the end, I bought two items, and the next day I received the product.

Andrew and his colleague were extremely professional and helped me to repair my old osim chair which was bought more than 10 years ago. They explained everything in details and actually told me some functions I have never known for the previous 10 years. Highly recommended and trust worthy company.

I tried the OSIM uLove 3 massage chair at the kiosk in Trafford Centre, Manchester, and it was an amazing experience. I got my new chair and Donald was very keen explaining and going through the chair and later offering support in the finance and the arrangements for the delivery. I am very rightful with my new chair as I have chronic back Pain and I hope this will make a substantive improvement in my quality life

Osim UK won't repair a back massager just because I bought it in Hong Kong. The item has hardly been used, but there is something wrong with the cable connection as it works intermittently. I was happy to pay for an out of warranty repair if cheaper than replacing it, but obviously there stuff is not built to last, and they happy for people to not recycle things.

In the showroom, Nazee and Rio provided us a very professional explanation of the features of various massage chairs and allowed us to test them. They offered suggestions based on our budget, helping us make the best choice.

We would also like to express our gratitude to your delivery team, Andrew and Chris, for ensuring the delivery was completed smoothly, even on a snowy day. They maintained cleanliness throughout the process and provided care instructions. We truly appreciate their excellent service.

I recently purchased a Massage Chair plus Foot Massager from Gareth/ Lorena and Rio. At the Trafford Centre. Throughout the entire sale the team was very friendly and professional. Gareth was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail has this was a gift for my disabled son. We wasn’t forced or pressured for a sale and they all made us feel at ease throughout. We bought from the stall in the Trafford centre and Gareth was so helpful and friendly. He let us try all the models, giving us his honest opinion and experience with the chairs. Right up to and after delivery Osim kept in touch with us to let us know the timeliness of our delivery and that we could reach out if we had any problems or questions. We received 2 lovely free gifts as well, and we absolutely love the uDevine we bought!

I sincerely thank Donald Tong, the salesperson. I didn’t have enough time to visit their physical store to try out the massage chairs. I made my selection based on the information on their official website and Donald’s detailed explanation. He professionally introduced multiple products to me and patiently assisted me in choosing the right massage chair.
Also, I want to thank the Osim delivery team. The day after my purchase, they informed me of the delivery time. It took less than a week from the purchase to receiving the product. The two delivery personnel were very professional and polite, and they patiently taught me how to use the massage chair. I am very satisfied with the overall service provided by Osim. Cheers
