I recently purchased a set from Westfield and must praise the superb service from Natalie.
In fact, I was going to walk away from poor initial service from other staff and was going to leave a 1* from the body language of other staff ; I work with vast number of staff in my line of business and it wasn’t the right approach. Natalie corrected the situation swiftly and exceeded expectations.
OSIM : give Natalie a raise and keep her on a senior role and train the other lady on duty.

Unfortunately to leave a 2 stars for OSIM and please consider my stories carefully before you decide to buy a message product with them.
Overall the star is come from below sectors

4. Service - 4 star (actually is 5, but I gave 4 to be final star because their follow up after my feedback)
If you interested of the stories, please read following paragraph and you will know why.
To be honest, at the beginning I feel the services is great from the Trafford centre by Gareth, no matter I know someway I can use more cheaper price £4480 for one udivine2, that included a 2 free massage products for shoulder and eyes. Gareth offer me a old price which cost £4880, extra 1 year full service (totally 2 years), free a usqueez2 foot massage machine, and free of charges to make an 70 installment for the chair, therefore, I decided to buy from their store directly. More, the delivery team also is amazing, they delivery the product on time and extra care to move the chair into your house, just a little mistake that they forget to delivery the usqueez2 on the 1st udivine2. Yes that is the 1st one, because it malfunction, so they replace another one on next week.
Price - 2 star
Compare with a lot of brand which selling massage chair in UK, you know £4880 is not the lower price of this kind of product. But compare with the features and function, in my opinion, that would be over priced for the chair. You can easy to find some chair with same feature or more that only cost you around £2000
Feature - 2 star
I place an order that cost me £4880, but the chair without profile setting. Profile is a simple thing and you can easy to found on a lot of personal product, even a £10 scale. But that feature is not able on a massage chair that cost me over £4800. And the chair is not user friendly at all. It would detect your shoulder every single time when you start the chair, you have to turn on bluetooth every single time when you start the chair, you have to "HOLD" the button to adjust the chair, like lay down to zero gravity, or lift up the foot part, or reset to original position, but the button always suddenly no response during the adjustment, like you released the button but actually not. It only allow you to store 4 download program, 3 stared program by OSIM, that mean you cant change it, or 1 normal massage program. Their have few normal massage program, but you only can download 1 of it. If you want to change, you have to turn on the bluetooth of the chair, open the app and connect to the chair, and use half minutes to download another program, it quite annoying.
Quality-2 star
1st chair, it got malfunction of the heating.
And compare with the 2nd chair, I found few things issue on it.
The controller, you have to press a bit more harder on the 1st chair.
The shoulder detection, 2nd one is more accuracy than the 1st one, I have to adjust the shoulder position everytime when I start the program on the 1st one, otherwise, you will hurt your shoulder because the position is incorrect.
The download program, the 1st one have one downloaded program, but 2nd one not, the download tap is empty.
It quite suspicious to me they send some refurbished chair to me no matter they explain because they will test it before send to customer. But this reason to make me more concern they have no normal procedure to make sure the product is work, their back office team might work like a cow boy. If the 1st one is not a refurbished, and it is a NEW chair, it also make me concern of the quality because it malfunction on heating and shoulder detect.
Service - 4 star
I would give 5 star for Gareth and the delivery team, but I deduct the star to 4 because the after sell service no any action to satisfy or compensation for their product make disappointing to the customer, and that is a luxury product.
Over all, I only can give a 2 star on it.

Mai did a fantasic job by assisting us to choose the right chair. She was extremely patient and nice, she was very knowledgeable of the products and let me tested different products again and again. The chair that I bought is fabulous and worth every penny. Delivery service was good. They contacted us before the delivery date and provided us a plan of how to move our chair upstairs. The customer service is excellent, we contacted them for questions about our product and they responded rapidly and explained to us very patiently.

Natalie -Westfield was exceptionally helpful. My OSIM that I bought 9yrs ago, needed a part change and wasn’t working for a long while. Natalie very quickly but me in touch with a technician who came over with excellent service and changes a part, and gave some good advice over the phone and in person on how to care for an older chair. It was actually cheaper than a quote I received a year ago. Now my chair is working again and I’m very happy. Thanks to Natalie and the technician.
