This Company is terrible!

This Company is terrible!. A package I am waiting on from Ebay the seller who I paid $10 bucks for shipping unfortunately had OSM pick it up and it's now an entire week and counting and it still says usps is awaiting to receive the package from OSM WORLDWIDE!. Stay away from this COMPANY at all costs they are worse then usps which is BAD!. I now will be filing a complaint on OSM with Better Business Bureau tomorrow as well!.

Unbelievable

My package went from Atlanta to Illinois to Pennsylvania, I live in Hampton Virginia. Maybe in another week or so it will find its way to the east coast. These guys are the worst.

Terrible Outfit, absolutly Terrible.

OSM Worldwide consistently loses track of and LOSES orders en route to USPS. The USPS has a poor track record themselves.
Has been over two weeks since order placed and now tracking information is unavailable.
Happens with any item involved with OSM.

Put OSM WORLDWIDE out of business…

Put OSM WORLDWIDE out of business immediately. Keep posting how TERRIBLE Their service is! Cost savings to the originating company cannot be big enough to replace product every time a package is lost in transit. Unacceptable slow and in deficient!!! Why can't I give ZERO stars??? OSM has list 3 of 3 packages that I ordered (separately) from the same company.

Absolute joke

Absolute joke. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks now for a package. 4 days ago it left another one of their facilities just to go to the post office and have them bring it the rest of the way and it still hasn’t got there.
A 1lb package from a couple states away and it’s been 14 days. I would leave a zero if I could because I’m pretty sure they lost my package. No one can tell me where it is .. It amazing they’re still in business. They advertise 2-5 days for shipping .. false advertising

OSM Had Packaage Ten Days Without Shipping Anywhere…

I had ordered a product online from a seller that uses this company. My package sat for ten days in the pre-shipment phase for USPS to get the package. Three e-mails later the company has finally released the package to USPS for delivery Thursday. I will NEVER do business again with a company that uses this shipper.

Unacceptably slow

My package has been sitting in Illinois for over a week. I placed my order from an Amazon seller over 12 days ago. I will never order from a seller who uses OSM again.

Much like everyone else has stated

Much like everyone else has stated, absolutely HORRIBLE!! You type in tracking number and it just says their system isn't working properly. Not sure how accurate their tracking is when looking on USPS site, it said my package sat in PA for 5 days...that's only an 8 hour drive from my house. And STILL, minimum 2 days before I receive it. And why is it, every time there is a question asked to them, they say to contact the business you purchased from? Answer, they are a shady business that doesn't want to answer you. They want you to be pissed off at the company you bought it from, rather than them. I sincerely hope that WYZE stops using this company, as anything shipped from them, previous to now, has been quick and great. Honestly, I don't understand how OSM Worldwide is even in business!!

Avoid any seller using OSM

It's been almost an entire week since OSM picked up my package and has yet to hand it off to USPS. Never heard of this carrier before but a quick Google led me down a rabbit hole of terrible reviews. How is this a functioning company?!

The absolute worst shipping company…

The absolute worst shipping company it’s painfully slow too them a week to even depart with the package the first time took another week for them to arrive at the next place. This place is horrible it’s not trustworthy it’s probably a scam I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just one person in their car driving around delivering packages with how slow it is.

It has taken 22 days to go 125 miles!!

OSM picked up a package for delivery from Big Sandy, TX on January 6th, 2025...and it arrived in Grand Prarie, TX on January 28th!!!?? It took 22 days to travel 125 miles, a drive that takes only about 2 hours! I live just outside of Tulsa, OK...this package should have taken no more than four days to arrive on my doorstep, five at the most...with me being extra patient.

How in the world is OSM still in business based on these reviews?! It's been 22 days and I haven't yet received my package...I can only imagine how long it will take to get the rest of the way to me.

Edited to add. It is now Feb 1st, and the shipment FINALLY made it to me. Let me stress, this is barely 5 days short of a month from the day My account showed it shipped out.

I could have driven ANYWHERE in Texas from where I live in Oklahoma and picked this item up in 2 days! Seriously, this OSM is horrible!

I ordered a calender on Jan 9

I ordered a calender on Jan 9. When I started tracking it via web search, the number could not be found. The little bit of info Amazon gave me said it got to Vegas on the 11th of Jan! It sat there until today, when USPS finally got it and sent me an email saying it was in Billings, which means I should get today. Why did it spend 7 days in Nevada! Very badly run delivery service!

Worst Shipping Carrier Ever

Would advise any companies who value their customer base to not use this shipping partner. According to their tracking, it said it departed a city in Texas, and then FOUR days later arrived at a different city in Texas. I looked it up and those cities are a 16 minute drive apart. Then, it sat at their facility for a day and a half before moving again and was moved from Texas to Las Vegas. I'm in Arizona. They literally drove my package THROUGH or at least directly past my state without delivering it. They also provide no estimated delivery date which is annoying. I still have no idea when my package will arrive and I ordered it a week ago.
