NEVER buy there again !!

NEVER buy there again !!! I bought a pair of Matsuda 540euro, it got shipped to Germany. I decided to return the glasses. Which was actually no problem how it was written in their GTCs.
Of course insured parcel. I got the information the parcel got back delivered to the store. But no answer & no return of my money. I tried to call them many times. No one picked up. I was sending endless emails / what's app....nothing.
Until I reached someone by phone. They told me very unfriendly the parcel never arrived.
But I had it on the paper lol.
I talked already to the owner he was absolutely rude & unprofessionell. wow !!!

Unbelievable. Zero service. No accommodation, no customer support. He literally didn't care at all.
He refused to talk to me, this never happened to me. Long story short I contacted Hermes + my lawyer.
Don't buy there anything !!!!!
