SCAM ALERT

I was really worried about purchasing off this website but after seeing the reviews on here I decided to give it a try. I purchased a set of headphones yesterday (24/03) and no surprises, the money was taken but I received no order number or email confirmation. I sent an email within 10 minutes of ordering to ask what’s happened and why I never received any receipt information and I got one email response asking me for more details i.e order number, email address used etc. I told them I don’t have any order numbers which was the problem but that I took a screenshot of the email confirming the order had gone through and I also sent them a screenshot of the payment taken from my account and do you think I’ve heard anything from them since?? I’ve sent 3 emails since then and nothing!!

This was a gift for my son which I need by Sunday and now I have to buy it again!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I THINK THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY!!!!

Update 26/03: Turns out they’re not a scam, they just don’t send items out. I ended up ordering the product twice because I had to open up a dispute to get a refund for my first order because of the radio silence from the email I raised with them and then I receive an email to say that the second order (this one actually went through) was cancelled because “logistics error combined with unforeseen circumstances that have made it impossible for us to fulfil your order.” I just had a feeling this website was too good to be true when they chopped the price in half. Just avoid guys. I don’t think they actually have anything available. Thankfully I will say, they have refunded me.

Not honoring warranty

If the company seems to good to be true is because it probably is. I bought a mouse from them and after it becoming defective I first contacted the supplier. The supplier confirmed the item as defective after some troubleshooting steps, but have told me to reach out to the retailer (ourfriday.co.uk) for RMA. Ourfriday insisted that they perform their own troubleshooting (which I reluctantly followed) and asked for serial number. Throughout the process they were very slow to respond. They also kept saying the serial number is not good even though it was the one on the photos I sent and registered on supplier's website and apps. Eventually they decided not to honor the warranty claim and pointed me back to the supplier. Luckily the supplier sorted it all out, but I will be purchasing from a different retailer next time. The few pounds saved by buying from here are not worth the trouble from my perspective.

Found Apple TV box at best price on Ourfriday. Ordered and arrived promptly and efficiently.As described, came with a US/UK adaptor also in case box had an american plug on it. The delivery time was to long

The delivery time was to long. I bought as a present and at checkout it was to be there for the 3rd of March but it didn't arrive until the 5th. I ordered it around 10 days earlier so no reason it couldn't have been delivered on time.

Avoid OurFriday. They don't deliver your order. It is a scam

I placed an order on 12/03/2025 and shortly after making the payment, I received a confirmation email stating that my order was confirmed and would be delivered within 6 to 10 working days.

On 15/03/2025, I received another email confirming that the order had been shipped.

Then, on 19/03/2025, I received an email stating that there was a pricing error and that I needed to pay an additional £135, or they would cancel the order.

It took them seven days to report this pricing error, despite me informing them that the order was meant to be a gift and requesting no delays in shipment. I still haven't received my order, and I am not getting any response regarding its status.

A formal contract was established when they accepted my order, sent a confirmation email, and later provided a shipping confirmation.

This morning, I received a reply saying that the conversation has now been "pushed to the helpdesk." I have no idea what that means or where to find it on their website.

Their website states that they provide excellent support (which has not been my experience) and promise customer satisfaction (my experience has been quite the opposite).

I have ordered an iPad

I have ordered an iPad. A US specification iPad was delivered promptly. Nowhere during the purchase process was is stated that it was a US specification device. I live in UK and the website is a co.uk address. The company responds in the middle of the night to emails so I doubt it has any connection to the UK at all. I wanted a UK specification device.
The company are not following Uk distance selling regulations procedure and are dragging out the returns process with irrelevant requests.
I am now contacting trading standards to try and shut down the website.
I would recommend AVoiding this company

Headphone purchase went perfectly

I was a little worried when I saw some bad reviews on here. My experience however has been all good. I saw some headphones that I wanted much cheaper than offered elsewhere. I got a confirmation email when I ordered them. They arrived much sooner than expected (just over a week). Ok so the packaging and instructions are Chinese but the headphones are fine; as good as I expected. I would happily use Ourfriday again.
