AirPods ‘NEW’ but box unsealed

Bought AirPods NEW, but they came in a box that was damaged and seal broken, taped up having been opened. I complained and the team said that it was probably opened due to customs checks. This seems spurious.
I also bought a silicone case from the website, the tracking they provided turned out to be for the case only (and they shipped the AirPods separately without tracking). Still waiting on the case after 2 weeks.
Would not buy from them again

Bit worried when I read some of the…

Bit worried when I read some of the reviews saying things like scam and paste up website. I can only say the item I bought was a good price, a well known product well packaged and arrived earlier than expected. Tracking was not synced and could be improved. It all worked for me.

Great prices on quality products

Received my galaxy buds2 pro as sold. Clearly a legitimate samsung product in sealed packaging. This company gets a lot of harsh reviews and from my experience this is unfair. This company doesn't have the buying power of Curry's, John Lewis or Amazon so it sources from various markets around the world to get products at great prices. They are upfront about the lead times and slower delivery. My earpods arrived just over a week from order and yes I probably could of got them next day from a larger retailer but my wallet would of taken a much bigger hit. I would use our Friday again in the future.

Slowest Delivery Ever

I ordered the Shook headphones as they looked a good deal. I checked the delivery options as this was clearly stated that it would take 6-10 working days. After the 10 days I contacted them (I could only of this through an on line form, cant speak to a person which is infuriating), all I got was its on its way. I was given the tracker link which showed the parcel still hadn't left the hub. When I opened a dispute via my bank the earphones suddenly arrived via Royal Mail. They had taken over 3 weeks to get here. Dont order anything from this company if you want it within a month. One good thing is the product it legit and works. But CS and delivery is poor

No way to return faulted Bose headphones- ? Scam website, avoid

I purchased some Bose headphones for my son at Christmas.

They have been well looked after and have never been damaged or become wet.

The right ear now constantly hisses. I have reported this to Our Friday who have failed to respond to my requests for a replacement or refund. They did respond to one email requesting that I send a video of the fault- quite tricky when the fault is a background hiss and not something visible. Since I explained this, they have disappeared and not responded to any future correspondence. There is no telephone support either.

I would never purchase anything from this company again and can only assume it is a scam

Successful purchase, thank you Ourfriday

Wanted to share my experience because I've seen so many mixed reviews online, and eventually I decided to bite the bullet and order (I purchased a phone that had originally been released in 2023).
My order was successful, received the goods in LIKE NEW condition, not a scam or anything like that.
Definitely the cheapest price I could find online for the phone I wanted in "NEW" condition.
The phone had already been updated to Android 15, suggesting of course that it had already been turned on and used, albeit very briefly because there was no evidence of use at all, prestine condition throughout. Battery health is also in Like New condition.

I believe this company is a grey import company. Expect delivery delays. My purchase took over 2 weeks to arrive, so be patient.

Please Do Not Buy From This Company!

Please Do Not Buy From This Company!
Despite numerous e mails, automated replies and promises, the items that I ordered and paid for on 5th February 2025 have not arrived. The 3 x Echo Spot speakers were to be Birthday presents for my three children but were not received in time and still have not been delivered.
I will be issuing a fraudulent claim against Our Friday with my Bank in order to pursue a full refund and I do not trust them to pay the money back and completing a Negative Google feedback review to warn others.
So please do not use this company as I do not think that they actually exit and will only take your money with no goods delivered.
I intend to pursue this company until I receive a full refund.

Order cancelled, never refunded

I have ordered a Samsung watch to be dispatched in max 3 days. A day later I got an email saying it will take up to a month to receive the order, and i can cancel if I wish and be refunded. I canceled but I have not received my money back. I got no support but was rudely told the money was refunded and speak to my bank. It has now been nearly a week and my money was not refunded.

Having read the previous concerns…

Having read the previous concerns stated on here, after i had ordered the product, I was a little bit paniced. I just want to say that I recieved the smart watch and I'm very happy with the product. Don't be put off by the long lead time, every step of the way i recieved confirmation e-mails of where my watch was and expected delivery, if you want a product delivered the following day go the usual big companies if you don't mind waiting three weeks and save a heap of cash then order through our Friday.

Never again!!!!

I ordered expensive camera, cost nearly 1000 pounds , for my holiday . I am already abroad without camera and my money. This company scams. Be very careful. My tracking number didn’t move over 12 days. I placed order 8/2 with delivery max 10 business days, I will be understanding delay but parcel didn’t not move 2 weeks. The company has not any phone number, they are probably from China, they only respond with the same sort of emails, how they are sorry and all rubbish around, without solution. I wrote them I will be travel and because my parcel late over 1 week as should be delivered and didn’t move by track number I request money back and I am not willing wait anymore numerous week. They again send me create my computer their apologies and nothing. I go open dispute with my credit cards provider and I am sure after this feedback I got again apologies without solution from some automatic reply. After your answer for update the order was cancelled by me not delivered, as you put in your answer. Again not true, that was delivered !!!!

Genuine Seller

I bought a Samsung phone for my wife, and she's very pleased with it. It took a while to arrive, but this is stated on their website, so expectations met. The main thing is, it was an incredible price, so we are both very happy with it. One year warranty, so all good.
