My daughter ordered a iPad in December 2024 to this day she hasn’t received the iPad or a refund. I urge people to look elsewhere and not to trust this company. My daughter is £300 down and the distress this has caused her is uncalled for. This company have promised to refund, but still she’s received nothing because they are asking her for things she can’t produce… please be aware and don’t order anything from them

Smart phone ordered not delivered

Smart phone ordered and paid for. Then delivery excuses (from China) started (mechanical issues, etc.) and item never delivered. Deflected responsibility by providing shipping data and link to UK courier, but not item for delivery. Two months of pointless communication. I raised chargeback dispute - only this got their attention - they asked me to cancel this BEFORE they would consider refund! (They had no intention to deliver or refund from the beginning.) 2 months of pointless communication.
Chargeback dispute won and ultimately bank provided refund. Entirely bogus company in my experience.

I ordered a Sony mobile and got exactly what I ordered. There was some logistics issues as many have reported but communication was good and they do apologise for late delivery. If you want good value and prepared to wait then this is an excellent service. If you expect Amazon next day delivery I'd avoid. Would have been 5 stars if they offered small discount for late delivery and accountability. Otherwise very pleased

Samsung galaxy A55 5G 256GB

I was a bit sceptical at first because of the low price but to my surprise, I got a real deal beyond expectations. My Samsung galaxy phone A55 5G 256GB arrived brand new and intact in the original packaging, my phone was received within the stated time frame and I was able to track it's journey until delivery. It was really amazing. I have set up my phone and it's been working great and everything is perfect. I saved at least over £225 compared to buying directly from Samsung or other bigger stores. Thanks to Our Friday for providing an affordable price to customers and I will definitely buy from them again 😀

Great company . on time it was…

Phones arrived as described in separate parcels, when only one was received I contacted the support and received a fast response with a 2nd tracking number (the item had been posted prior to my contact and was received the day after)

Dodgy... Asking for personal info

I would give this no stars if I could.. Ourfriday would not send the goods without a copy of the front and back of my credit card, a copy of my ID and a copy of my signature. Everything needed to steal my identity. Even my cc provider were surprised they asked for this. The one star will actually be for getting my money back without getting the bank involved but I had to ask several times for them to refund me and give them a deadline to respond. Buyers beware.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I’ve ordered apple airpods pro 2nd gen. The delivery was delayed by 4 weeks in addition to the original 4 weeks delivery time (total of 8 weeks). ALSO my airpod’s came in an OPENED box. Looked like someone returned them to ourfriday after opening them and I just got them. Their support is completely useless, copy paste responses every email saying the same things again and again. What a complete joke, don’t let them scam you.

This is a scam company avoid them!!!

Ordered some Bose ear phones on 11 February 2025 to-date, I have received no response from my email. I have not received any confirmation, order number or acknowledgement of my order I want my money back and will have to go through my bank to get it back.

I ordered an echo pop

I ordered an echo pop, it come with a 2 pin plug, so I had to get an adapter for it, then I plugged it in nothing. I did I reset and changed the cable. Cos I had to order another from different company. Thought I would try and return this. But it’s so hard to do. Normally if you don’t want it, it would be so easy to return….. NO not with this company they send you emails after email asking to send pictures. So I do that!!!! Now they want a video of it not working. This is been going on for week now. So disappointed I would never buy anything from this company again. It’s too stressful

I ordered a firestick which was…

I ordered a firestick which was supposed to be delivered in 6 to 10 working days, they emailed me to say there was logistic problems and it would take about a month, I asked for a full refund which was put back in my account within 2 days.
