Delivery is a let down
I placed an order on 03/02/25 for some headphones and a smart watch in which delivery was advised to be 3-8 standard business days. I still haven’t unfortunately received it and it’s now been 8 days and the items are still in transit. They explain on their site that during peak season, deliveries may take an extra 2-3 days however as far as I’m aware, early Feb is not peak season? I hope and am optimistic that products will be working fine, it’s just the shipping times that downgrade what otherwise would’ve been a 4/5 star review.

I bought an expensive lens, albeit at a very competitive price and was pleased to receive regular updates showing that my goods were on the way. A week later I even received a tracking number so felt happy that my goods would arrive, even if delivery was going to be somewhat slower than the advertised time.
Today I received a message saying that there will be an 8 week delay to my delivery!!
Don't trust this bunch of cowboys to deliver what you ordered in anything like the promised delivery window as I am not the only buyer to which this has happened.
In fact I would recommend not buying from them at all given their shady practices. Massively disappointed. AVOID! You have been warned.

I have ordered a camera for £1045 not cheap paid £60 for 2-4 days delivery it’s been over 3 weeks. No way to call company and no one email back to say how long the order will be either terrible service. Tracking hasn’t moved for 6 days I would never recommend using this company

Returns process very difficult
Purchased earphones at a good price, but had to return because they were not comfortable due to the design. Sadly the returns process is extremely slow and onerous, I had to send photos of the item, the package, the courier receipts, and was given 70% refund with a promise to issue store credit for the remaining 30%. Three months later I'm still waiting for a store credit coupon.

I was looking to purchase a Samsung Z Flip6 phone and Our Friday popped up with a "too good to be true" price. Intrigued, I contacted the company by WhatsApp and did some background research. Our Friday is registered with Companies House as Endless E-Commerce Limited, with its registered office at 85 Portland Street London, although it's a virtual business environment describing itself as "This prestigious Great Portland Street address will enhance your company's image, making it appear more established and trustworthy to clients and partners." The Director is Ling Fung Chau and resides in Hong Kong. The accounts are dormant and have been since 2022 and the company has no registered assets. Our Friday can only be contacted by WhatsApp and email and didn't respond to my query, needless to say, I'll be buying elsewhere.

Repeatedly tried to contact them,via net conta tus form, as they don't have any phone number or email address. Amd never receiving reply from an agent.
All I recieved was automated replies.
Today filed a SCAM and Fraud Case with my Bank against them, to claim back 870£.
Total waste of time, effort, energy, money etc purchasing from an illigit, not aunthic, website like this.
Please be aware, these people are not legit, and once u order, u cannot contact them in any way. And then after a very very very long wait, u will be forced to go through BANK RECLAIM Process which again takes few working days.
These people are not aunthic to pur have anything.

Never ever use these
If I could give a minus one Star I would! I returned 2 fire sticks as they arrived to late for Christmas, returned them after asking for a return note, (still waiting on that). Sent all the information they asked for. So in the end sent them royal mail tracked and signed for. But still they say they haven't received anything and am still waiting for my refund!! 20 emails later. So no I will never use this company again.
It's now the end of may 25, and I still never got my money back , I hope you go bankrupt, cos in my eyes your nothing but robbers.

Placed an order for a watch on the 10th of January. Was informed at time of ordering the watch was in stock. This watch was for a birthday present. Waited and waited. Emails after emails and couldn't tell me where my watch was. Raised a dispute with my bank. Ourfriday told me to revoke the dispute in order to get a refund. They won't give me my money until I provide a letter which was not stated at the time of asking me to drop dispute. Once this company takes your money, they do everything in their power not to refund. Con of a company and my advise is STAY CLEAR. Spend that bit more with a legit company.

Advertised as in stock and took payment then told me 12 weeks to source the item.
OurFriday advertised, and still are advertising, a Sigma lens at a very competitive price, that was claimed to be in stock but clearly wasn't. They took my payment and only then said there would be a 12 week delivery delay. They did offer cancellation of order, which I took up, and refund was within the time they said. Nevertheless I would not trust the claims that an item is in stock, if they are only starting to source it after taking your money. This is a bad practice. Payment is taken by a third party but I did not have to start a Section 75 Credit Act reclaim process through my bank (though feared I might need to)

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!
I think this company is ok if the goods don’t need to be returned.
I received a damaged camera a couple of days before Christmas. I returned it and I am still waiting for a refund. I was asked to close my case with PayPal, which I did, so that they could refund me. Over 3 weeks later I received an email saying I had been refunded and then a further email saying that this was sent in error and they need to check the warehouse to see if the camera has been received!
The customer service is atrocious, I have never experienced anything so bad. I am really concerned now that I will never receive my £355.00!!

Purchased pack of apple 4 air tags £77 .took 11 working days which is a long time . However when I open the box that wasn’t sealed properly all the tags had no battery’s and no seals to pull on each tag , I put a new battery in and all tags won’t let me connect to my apple account as there still connected to another apple i d account . So I have 4 used air tags that are still logged to another account that can’t be used and yet they was sold brand new

I bought an iPhone from OurFriday in August 2024. When I received it the seal was already broken and therefore I decided to return it as it was meant to be a gift. I tried explaining via email that the seal was already open upon delivery but the agent kept accusing me of opening it. After countless emails back and forth trying to explain that I did not open it, I gave up and took their offer of receiving a 70% refund and 30% store credit as the item was 'unsealed'. After sending the item to their returns centre I did receive my 70% refund fairly promptly however the 30% store credit is a different story. The customer service agent told me to make an account and that the store credit would be applied to the account, so I did. Roughly a week went by and I hadn't received anything so I emailed and they responded with a generic email saying that the issue was being looked into. This was in the beginning of November. Since then I have sent about a dozen emails all of which received the same generic response. How long does it take to give someone a voucher? Bear in mind 30% is worth ~£375. About a month ago they stopped responding to my emails period and there is no sign of my store credit. I would not recommend this company one bit. Also stay away from DealMonday which is the same company.
UPDATE:
Further to their response to this review, I sent them another email which surprisingly did not get a response. Absolute scammers!

20 days to receive earphones but good value and genuine
Ordered headphones from this site a week ago and haven’t received them as yet. Wrote to customer support first thing this morning and no reply. You might get a slightly lower price here but it’s not worth it, avoid.
UPDATE: it is now 13 days since I made this order and I have still received nothing but a torrent of excuses from them. At this stage I’m starting to think I’ve been scammed.
UPDATE 2: 16 days after purchasing these headphones I have still received nothing and have requested a refund. Will update as to whether I get my money back or whether this is in fact a scam site.
UPDATE 3:
Earphones received 20 days after order was placed. The earphones are genuine (entered the serial number into the Bose registration page). The price was easily the lowest available online but don’t expect to receive your order quickly if you use this site.

Update, week 2 now in hub looks like another week to go making 3 weeks for delivery. Sorry, first time and last time using this company.
Time is money, so getting a good deal is great but when you have to wait for over a week for item to be dispatched I would of been better buying from suppliers and paying the extra to receive straight away or in 2 days max. Customer service no phone contact, email response from requesting ETA was can't give. Hopefully I will receive in week 2 and item was worth the wait. Sort it out its only a watch it could of been dispatched in 5 minutes.Let's see🥱

I bought my canera and speaker 14 days ago and I paid for the express delivery of 2-4 working days. I get an e mail to say please confirm your order quantity and address, which I found very concerning as its clearly delaying the shippment and trying to buy time.
Despite few messages to the helpdesk all they say is rest assured we are working on your order , clearly not. Just generic AI generated messages that’s not genuine.
Im still waiting for my goods and I started to think its a scam now.
I would be very careful , I still haven’t got my goods yet so will give them another few days , let alone the 60 pounds express charge I paid for 2-4 working days delivery.
