i ordered apple head phones for my sons birthday and they never turned up. i emailed ourfriday and they just sent emails saying they are looking into it. After 2 months later i got an email saying they would send me a refund. but now they are ignoring me and its been a month. Please do not buy from these. they will rip you of and take your money They say its been delivered but it clearly hasn't. They just fob you of. Iv asked them so many times to send me their policy about not receiving a parcel, and they will not send it. Still no refund. i have sent about 10 emails to C/S and they just reply we are dealing with it. But clearly their not

They lost the package
They lost the package, support just kept saying to wait or cancel, no attempt made to even try tracking through whatever courier they use. Whats the point of tracking if things will mysteriously "vanish". Think theres a reason why some things are so cheap here. 1 month on I just cancelled.

Camera order delays/lost? A faceless organisation
I ordered a camera, basically it took 13 days for the item to get to the delivery company (dpd), with no useful information from OurFriday along the way as to the status of the order, e.g. when it was sent out. Then dpd kept stating by txt that they had attempted to deliver & had put a card through the door, which they had not; verified by security cameras. This went on for a further week. Only non-sensible txt communication possible with dpd & they never did as they claimed they would. Mails to OurFriday were not responded to within the declared response time (48hrs). Eventually I gave up & ordered from elsewhere. Both OurFriday & dpd are good partners; both are faceless organisations that hide behind automated systems & that you can't have a sensible communication with , e.g. speak to someone. If your order works, it could possibly be good, but if something goes wrong it's a nightmare. In my case 20 days waiting for & chasing an order that never came. Won't be going near OurFriday again!

Horrible company
Horrible company. After purchasing a PS VR2, it arrived in a battered box and was a Chinese version. We have had no end of problems trying to get a refund and them dodging our request for a returns label on numerous occasions. Only having gone to our bank to request monies to be returned have they decided to act and now want their goods back. Dont be suckered in on low prices like we were. Scam company AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I purchased a Quest 3s for y son for Christmas. Item is broken and customer service has fobbed me off with unreasonable requests before eventually agreeing to let me return it. I’m expected to pay postage costs both ways and trust them to accept it and honour their warranty. Meta warranty is invalid as ourfriday isn’t an official retailer (who knew)

Well it's definitely not a scam, cause I recieved my s24 ultra as promised, dpd messed up my order, but their email responses were prompt and professional, I've purchased items before as well, the prices are excellent, but if you're a person who gets worried, this might not be the option for you, you'd have to be patient.

I would give zero stars if i could! I have been scammed by this company. Two xmas gifts that i wanted to return and they would only give me a 70% Refund + 30% in gift vouchers because they said they could not resell due to the seal being broken. Bare in mind, they asked for photos of the box AND ITS CONTENTS so that is what i did! They then said they couldnt fully refund as the items had been used. CORRECTION - part of my complaint was that they couldnt be used as they arrived with foreign plugs and no adaptors!! Nowhere in the description of the items i purchased did it tell me that i would have to change the language to English ( as the default was in Chinese) and use an adaptor as the plugs were foreign. Also, we have to look for some English instructions then fingers crossed, the alexa echo dots will work! So we now have two Xmas presents not yet working and two disappointed young girls, thanks for that OurFriday! This company will feed you a load of bull just so that they can get away with giving refunds, they dont give a toss about their customers and it seems blatantly clear that they are in dire need of training.

Avoid!!
Bought a Samsung flip6 phone and earphones. Phone was anticipated to be received within 10 days but then I was advised there was a delay in shipment and the company couldnt provide an estimated delivery date. A refund was agreed and accepted on this. Yet the website continued to have the phone showing as in stock deliberately misleading any new customers.
The earphones i received were not as described. Ive had endless communication with the customer service agent who insisted that because the box was opened and seal broken then a full refund would not be offered. (How else would i ascertain.the item is not as described unless i opened it??) Eventually it was accepted that the website description was misleading but i was told to return the item at my own cost for a refund to be processed. Due to the appalling customer service and the constant delaying tactics I ended up applying for a chargeback with my credit card company and the funds have been on hold. The emails since have been frustrating and threatening in nature. I have no faith in this company. The matter has been going on for 2 months now. Do not use. The items may be cheaper but the headache if something goes wrong is not worth it.
Shocking customer service. I would never use this company again.

I placed and order for a s24 ultra as it was a very competitive price. The next day I came across some of the negative reviews and became very concerned that I might have be scammed. At one point I actually called my bank to see what my options were if that was the case. I have never written a review before but feel I should in this case. So I'm pleased to say phone arrived on time brand new as advertised and I'm very pleased with product and service. Would recommend using no problem and I'm sure I will again in the future.
