I ordered my garden set early May with a mid-June delivery estimate, after multiple calls and emails I managed to get partial delivery early July with promises the remaining items would arrive later in July. Fast forward 6 weeks and I get an automated email from them stating they have ceased trading and to contact an insolvency company (whose email address supplied also bounces back!)

Order paid in May, still nothing, now the company is in administration. I tried many times to contact them though various ways. Emails are just standard emails, phones never answered.
I now have to try and get the money back from the bank.

I have paid money to Out & Out Original Ltd; what happens now?
Unfortunately, Out & Out Original Ltd is unable to provide you a refund for any monies you have paid to the company. The company has significant other debts, and no creditor can be paid in preference to any other.
You are an unsecured creditor of the company and will have a claim in the liquidation. If, however you have made a payment via a credit or debit card, we would recommend speaking to your card provider or bank about seeking a refund from them via the chargeback scheme. You may need to provide evidence to them confirming the company has ceased to trade. A letter will be sent to all creditors in due course.
I paid via bank transfer or cheque and can’t get a refund from my bank; what now?
The monies owed to you will rank as a claim in the liquidation and you should complete a proof of debt form and submit to this email. A copy of the proof of debt form is included in the letter to creditors.
What happens if goods I have received are faulty, damaged or missing parts?
The company is no longer able to provide replacements for faulty, damaged or missing parts. We recommend contacting your card provider as detailed above in ‘I have paid money to Out & Out Original Ltd; What happens now?’
What should I do now?
If you are unable to source a refund from your bank or card provider, please submit a claim in the liquidation, using the proof of debt form provided with the letter to creditors.

I placed an order at the end of June.
I have not received my order and this company have now ceased trading.
The insolvency email address provided does not exist.
I don’t know if I can get my money back.

Awful. Initial delivery date put back to some time between 14th July and 21st August. That date has now passed with no communication on why or when the furniture will be delivered. No response to email and over 40 phone calls without them picking up. Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had. Laughable. Will be requesting a charge back tomorrow to recover the money.

Absolutely shocking customer service ordered 23rd June and still haven’t received my garden furniture. I have tried contacting the company but they told me it was in the warehouse but that was over a month ago. Summer will be over by time I get it. I think this is a scam, avoid this company and go elsewhere. They take your money but don’t deliver. And PayPal have been useless too so haven’t been able to get my money back. So out of pocket £440…

I have previously ordered garden furniture from out and out 3 years ago and the process was fine albeit slightly slow delivered.
This ordering experience of a parasol was completely different. Having made the order the courier company sent a cryptic email stating my order could not be delivered and I should contact Out and out. Their phone line doesn't ring though to anyone and there is no response to emails. I have had my refund processed by the credit card company. Avoid.

Disgusted , crap service, no keeping you up to date . And now after emailing them I get a awful email back saying they have gone bust . Good job I used my credit card . I am absolutely livid about this on top of my husband being given devastating news that he has terminal lung cancer.

Same as a lot of folk, ordered a chest of drawers, 20/7, decided not right, cancelled 22/7, long before delivery date, got a confirmationn email from an Albert Reyes on the 26/7 saying refund within 7-15 days, no refund as of mid-august. Despite constant emails, and no point in calling as do not answer (in any case think now gone into administration). Have contacted my credit card company who are starting refund procedures. ALWAYS BUY USING CREDIT CARD, NOT DEBIT CARD. Credit card company offer easist way to get refund, without the stress of chasing cowboy companies like this.

Yet, Andre Schoenmakers and Daniel Fairburn (director/CEO) have active companies and good amount of wealth between them. Such as a car dealership etc.
It would be good to have a full refund.

Even after purchasing the garden sofa I looked at other garden sets on different websites, only to find even at Debenhams the garden stuff was dearer obviously but said, sent from supplier... Who was out & out. So they have screwed every one over .

Ordered my sofa set 10 weeks ago and still not recoeved it. Can't get hold of the company to find out what's happening . I have tried to call and emailed. No response what so ever I was told when we ordered we would have it by Aigust 21st. Very worrying that 1. I have not relied or and 2. Had no communication from this company. Worst company ever
Ordered furniture at the beginning of June. Not heard anything by early July so I emailed them as like other customers you could never get thru on the phone. I eventually got an email back about a week later explaining that due to the Red Sea shipping crisis goods were not get thru but my furniture was now in the uk and would be with them soon. Another week went by so I emailed the girl again and she said it was all under control and I would get the order soon and as a gesture of goodwill I could chose a free item. I chose a parasol. Then on the 12 August I had a text and email with a tracker to say goods would be delivered on the 14th. Woo hoo. But then on the 13th I had another text to say the delivery had been cancelled! I emailed the girl again and this time she blamed an IT fault and said she hoped all would be ok the next day. It is now the 24 August and I have nothing and she is no longer responding to emails. Just clicked on their website and it says store closed.. what a surprise. Hoping to get my money back thru my credit card. Not happy

Placed it on 23rd May, updated a few times about delayed shipments etc, was told it would be delivered by 14th August, and still absolutely nothing!!! I’m so angry with myself for spending £500 with you, cannot afford to waste money like this.
