If you are someone who appreciates having the time, space and advice to explore possibilities of what you might buy, then maybe Out & Out Original is for you. If you've ever been that person who's checked the internet to learn more about a product or even price check whilst in a store, then Out & Out Original is definitely for you! We know at times it feels safer to buy from the known establishment or even to get sucked in to buying something not quite right, but before you do that, try to remember the last time you explored and tried something new and how liberating it felt. Very poor delivery time. Ordered in April and it’s now the end of August. This set was ordered for the summer and it’s now autumn !!

Terrible experience - Avoid at all costs!
I paid for a product from this company and never received it. It's been weeks since my order, and I've had zero communication from them. I've tried emailing multiple times and calling their customer service line, but they're completely unresponsive. No answers, no explanations, nothing.
This company gladly took my money but failed to deliver on their end of the deal. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to address the issue is absolutely unacceptable. I'm left feeling scammed and frustrated.
Save yourself the headache and don't do business with them. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that actually care about their customers and fulfill their orders. This is not one of them.
I would give zero stars if I could. Steer clear!
Do not use this company
I ordered garden furniture from this company is April 2024 for pre order to be delivered June. I then received an email saying delayed until August 2024 so I asked for a refund I was told refund would take 10-15 days to reach my bank so should have been actioned by 18th July but nothing. Numerous phone calls and emails promising refund and now surprise surprise they have gone bust and still not got my money back.

Ordered the Kingston lounge set from Out and Out in the beginning of April was supposed to be delivered beginning of June was finally delivered August 8th furniture was damaged so didn't accept it on the advice of the courier, have emailed numerous times since with no response
AWFUL
Pre-ordered Stockholm garden set in May and estimated delivery for June. Didn’t end up getting confirmed delivery date until July, was due on July 25th. The morning of delivery I received a text saying that the order had not made it to the depot in time for delivery that day and they would reschedule within 24-48 hours. After not hearing anything, I contacted the courier who basically insinuated that they had lost our order. After many back and forth messages, the company got in contact and stated that the courier had our order and we would receive it this week. After hearing nothing, I contacted both the courier and the company to find out they are no longer trading and the courier has no idea about our order. They still have our money though.

Daniel Fairburn frankly couldn't run a bath. A stream of failed companies and false promises. Out and Out has filed for insolvency - I can only pray people paid through PayPal.
How hard is it to sell on consignment. Order product from China, sell product (ONLY sell confirmed product), rinse repeat.

Gone bust but took payment on the 12th August knowing they wouldn't fulfill my order. I believe that's theft of you ask me. Emailed customer service got a reply back to email the insolvency inbox which I did. Got a reply back saying undeliverable even though it's the right email address.

Avoid this company …
Unfortunately I have to give 1 star but I didn’t want to. We are now following a legal route and a section 75 with this company and I’ve also just found out they’ve gone into insolvency.
Pre ordered a set in May, to be delivered in June. Updates to say delivery would be early July then late July. No answer re the phone, no replies by email. Then out of the blue, a long apologetic email from Chloe Hodge, marketing manager. Apologising and explaining why there was a delay and offering extra goods for compensation.
We then had a courier email to say goods would be delivered on 13th Aug. No goods delivered and the courier company said they couldn’t help us but to go back to the company.
I’ve written several emails since then to get delivery or refund or even communication to resolve but no replies. Currently several hundred pounds out of pocket.

Now I see the site is down and another review saying they are in administration. They are quick to take your money but do not deliver or offer any refund
I had ordered the 6 seater Stockholm…
I had ordered the 6 seater Stockholm set. Took day off work for the long awaited delivery to be called at 1630 saying their vehicle had broken down and they would reschedule. So had to take another day off only for it to arrive at 1730 only to be dumped in my front room. When I finally opened the boxes it was grey not cream, hole in one of the cushions. Spent most of the night trying to put it together, screw holes completely out of line. Waterproof cover costing £74 not with the furniture, so rang the number listed on emails, never answered just directs you to email. This I did 3 times no response whatsoever, still no response, appalling company, appalling customer service. I have raised a complaint via PayPal but not expecting a refund. Do not use this company please. They've gone bust just had an email jeez no hope of getting my refund now.

The most frustrating of experiences…
The most frustrating of experiences getting hold of the Havana Patio Dining Set.
The order process was smooth, and the table arrived promptly and is of great quality, but we received no chairs.
I tried contacting O&OO multiple times by multiple mediums (a medium might have been a better choice), but all to no avail.
Then, out of the blue, 3.5 weeks later, the logistics company called to say the chairs would be delivered tomorrow.
The chairs have arrived; again, they're of great quality and in perfect condition.
Why O&OO can't keep their customers up-to-date with delivery details is a mystery - it can't be fun receiving a barrage of enquiries/complaints (I guess they ignore them) for, in essence, no reason.
The Havana is a really good set and we're more than happy with it, but would I want to repeat the experience? Probably not - which is a shame.
5 stars for the product, 2 stars off for the (non-existent) after-sales service.
*Edit - it looks like we were very lucky if they have gone bust...
