Outdoorkit were the only retailer I could find with the Gilet I wanted in my size - not only that but it was £20 cheaper than in the sale at other retailers. Ordering was straight-forward and it came early the next afternoon. Brilliant service!

Really poor service from this company. They took my order for a Jack Wolfskin jacket over the Christmas period with an expected delivery date of 31/12/2024. I hadn't received the item or any updates apart from the order confirmation by 01/01/2025 so contacted them by email that day. The response on 2/01/2025 was
"Hi
Thank you for your email. We are currently processing any return received by us between the 24/12/24 and the 31/12/24 . We hope to have it processed by the end of 03/01/25. You will receive an email to confirm you refund when it has been processed."

I phoned them and they said my order was in the warehouse over the past few days and they've been searching for it but can't find it anywhere so would have to cancel.

I really wanted the jacket and to add insult to injury they're saying the refund will take 2-7 days to appear in my account. What a shambles of a company!

Their reply below says "We did get back to you reasonably quickly", lol They didn't get back to me at all (apart from an email saying "we cancelled your order AS REQUESTED") I had to phone them to find out was going on with my order so yes, their "bad" indeed, AVOID.

My Revolut card transactions are also instant so please don't blame the credit card company for taking until 7/01/2025 to process the refund, that was your bad too and you also didn't reply to my email about the slow refund processing.
