I have used Outdoorkit several times, they are one of the few places that hold stock of my favourite Meindl walking shoe. Their prices are competitive and delivery is prompt.

Bought a pair of north face trousers when they arrived they weren't a right fit for me so I phoned up and spoke to a guy named nick and asked if he could put a pair of Montane trousers to one side ready to mail out upon me returning the north face this was absolutely no trouble I returned them on Monday afternoon my Montane were with me
by wednesday dinner ...first class customer service well done

Found them on line while searching for Mountain Equipment Men's Ibex Softshell Walking Trousers 32/R. They had 15%off of £90.00 RRP. Delivery due 21st March. Ordering was simple.

Sadly I had to return the North Face boots as too small but the service from outdoor kit was perfect start to finish. Prompt despatch of order then prompt confirmation of return and refund. Be aware that you need to pay for returns but this is clearly stated (and justified I believe) and they did refund the initial delivery charge as returned within 2 weeks so only return to pay.

Good selection at great prices, with lightning-fast delivery. The only issue for me was having to pay for both delivery and returns. I essentially paid £8 to try on a fleece jacket to find that it didn't fit. They were also extremely fast to let me know that they had received my return and would process my refund, but I would be very hesitant to order again unless I was 100% certain about the item.
