Oversized North Face Chilkat V Boots

Bought some North Face Chilkat V Hiking Boots. Size 9. Because my feet are size 9. However, these are hugely oversized. That was not obvious until they had been worn a couple of times. These size 9s are more like 10 or 10.5. Outdoorkit are not interested in this problem, now that the boots have been worn.

I have had no response from Outdoorkit to a sales enquiry I sent some days ago using their dedicated Contact Us form.

Disappointed to have had no answer and I am left feeling disregarded.

I have received an incorrect order

I have received an incorrect order - received extra small when I ordered a Medium - MASSIVE difference when you are talking about duffle bags.
I have spent the last 24 hours calling the support number - it just rings out - no one answering.
I have also emailed twice to ask how I return this incorrect package to them and get the correct order sent out - zero answers to my emails.
This is absolutely not acceptable - I will be making complaints across all relevant review boards

Hi Mary,

we're really sorry you got the wrong product! In this case, it seems the factory put the wrong label on the product, incorrectly labelling it as a Medium rather than an Extra Small.
We've unfortunately had some staff sickness which has impacted our ability to answer the phones as quickly as we'd like to.
You emailed us at 14.34 and 16.13 on the 3rd Jan, to which we replied at 09.33 on the 4th Jan. While that's much slower than we normally reply to emails, again due to staff sickness we were slower than normal and apologise for that!
We sent you a free returns label on the 4th and your refund in full was processed once we'd received the incorrect product back on the 9th Jan.
