I want to praise this company for their excellent customer service. The item I bought was actually significantly less expensive than if buying directly from the brand’s own website so I almost expected a catch. No catch. The item came within 3 days of ordering (which is excellent for items going from UK mainland to NI a week before Christmas.) It was well packaged without superfluous packaging and communication from the company was excellent and accurate. I most definitely will be a return customer! Thank you & well done.

Made an order and the money is taken from my account however I didn’t receive a confirmation email. I have emailed and called the company a few days ago and had no response. Its a Christmas gift so starting to panic a bit, not the best customer service

Not often I'm impressed with a retailer, but... I emailed explaining a RAB jacket was faulty on Sunday eve. They replied, providing a free DPD return label on Monday. I returned item on Tuesday and have just taken delivery of a replacement today(Friday). They really couldn't have been any more helpful or quicker! My default outdoor store from now on! Cheers, Jon.

I'd never heard of this business before, so was a little skeptical. Checked out the reviews on here and seemed legit so took a punt on them. Ordered a Rab sleeping bag. Not only did they sell at the best price, pretty much within 24hrs of ordering I had my delivery.

Very quick and easy to order and good price

I accidentally bought the wrong size top for my son. It's the first time this has happened online, with an expensive top.
I was so worried that I would end up having to deal with a rogue company that just kept my money or something, but this company was amazing.
When I asked for help they messaged straight away and I returned the top using tracked.
They received it the next day and sent the larger size to us immediately.
I would completely trust and recommend this company.
