This is proper customer service!
This company is really excellent. The prices are very competitive and by using DPD they are able to have your items with you next day. The item I ordered didn't fit, and they responded immediately to my email, sending me a returns label by email, and despatching a replacement to me on the same day they received the original item back and charging the difference to my original card. I won't hesitate to use them again.
