Excellent online shopping experience! I have purchased two North Face jackets now from Outdoorkit and have just ordered a third! My first purchase was based solely on the reviews I read on TrustPilot ... the puffer jacket that I wanted was generously discounted and having never used Outdoorkit before I was naturally a little nervous to place an order. I was SO happy that the reviews proved VERY justified - excellent service and great savings to be had, what's not to like?!!!

Always wanted sorrel boots as they are extremely well made and comfatable you have made them affordable for me delivery was really quick excellent site thank you.

I am a type 2 diabetic and suffer from gout. I always buy Meindl walking shoes. I love their durability. They last for years, far longer than any other walking shoes that I tried before Meindl.
The Price that I paid is excellent value for money.
The gore-tex lining makes them waterproof and breathable; and they cushion the feet well. All of which is essential for a diabetic.
They look stylish and trendy in the colour anthracite; and the availability in UK size 12; with this wide fit, as it is currently manufactured, is a comfortable fit for both of my feet.
However I find with this pair that I have to double tie the shoe laces, which suits the majority of people; but I personally liked the shoe laces in my last pair of Meindl's better; as I could tie the laces quickly and securely; several times everyday; with a single tie; and without them working loose.
I could really do with that type of lace again; although the shoes and laces are separate products; and my feedback is that the shoes themselves are ideal for me in every way.

Can't believe how quickly it arrived. Will be using again.

I struggled to find a particular Meindl Comfort fit (Wide fitting) walking shoe but Outdoorkit had them in stock in my size. I ordered them at about 3:40pm on Friday and paid for next working day delivery (Monday). To my delight they arrived at 1:00pm on Saturday. First class product and service.

I called to speak to someone to confirm stock of a sleeping bag (as some online firms have intentionally vague stock indication) and also to check delivery time frame.
A polite and efficient chap answered my questions (Sean, I believe) and I placed the order at 16:10.
It was out with DPD within around 20 minutes. Bravo.

I bought from Helly Hansen's online store a few days ago but wasn't 100% happy with the product so started looking for an alternative. Stumbled across this brilliant website, found an almost identical coat at 65% off, over £100 cheaper than the the one I bought from HH. Ordered, dispatched and received all within 2 days (makes the £3 delivery fee completely worth it). Coat is exactly what I was looking for - thanks Outdoor Kit for such an easy purchasing process and a great product at an unbelievable price! Will definitely be purchasing from this store again in the future.

When this company says 'Price drop' they mean it! Grab it because you won't be disappointed. Unfortunately my coat was too big and I had to return it. I was extremely fortunate to get a replacement before the price went back to normal. Speedy dispatch, support team first class. This is a high quality company selling high quality products. Definitely worth a 5 star review.

I ordered a product which was speedily dispatched only for my local DPD depot to lose it. The customer care at Outdoorkit was faultless. They contacted DPD twice over a week, kept in touch with me & confirmed it was lost & gave a full refund automatically. This excellent service means I will continue to use Outdoorkit. I wish DPD was as efficient.
