Easy to use and safe

Very simple website and amazing prices, even better than elsewhere in the sales!

Went to order some shoes on this site and the price of the product did not match the price when it was added to the cart (£10 more in the cart). I called customer service, who said they were in the process of putting the prices up and that they would not honour the price that was displayed for the product. I expressed my frustration in a perfectly polite manner and the CS staff member kindly hung up on me. Nice. I think a measure of a business is how they handle problems, and in that sense this business was certainly lacking.

I ordered a Mountain Equipment Sartoro jacket. It was £60 cheaper than most other retailers so I was somewhat dubious, especially as I’d never heard of Outdoor Kit before. But I read the trust pilot reviews and decided to give it a go. I’m so happy, the purchase was so simple and the jacket arrived within 24hrs even though I only paid for regular delivery. I highly recommend this company

Fantastic prices and service. Best price I could find so ordered a new Helly Hansen Parka on Wed 28th Dec and it arrived via DPD at 1:30pm next day, exactly as they said it would. Never had such superb delivery service even from Amazon!

Bought a pair of womens North face Sierra boots for my partner, they were cheaper than everywhere else and delivered super quick by DPD.
Probably one of the easiest, hassle free purchases I've made from any online retailer. Customer service are great too.....definitely will order from here again

Quick easy to follow instructions

What a genuine company, I ordered the north face triple c parka, it came up to big, they sent me another in the post…. Next day delivery is a bonus too…. And staff was really helpful

Have purchased two pairs of boots from here one was too small but I sent it back requesting bigger size which they promptly sent to me. The time from ordering to reviving your items is really fast just a couple of days. You have to pay postage for returns but I used evri and it wasn't that expensive. Have ordered another pair of boots today as do pleased with the product and as I said the quickness of delivery. I highly recommend this company and there prices are really good
