I bought a boat from outdoor leisure direct they helped me with every step of the process they always responded to every email promptly and never let me down. As I live in northern Ireland I have had a couple of companies saying cant deliver to you but outdoor leisure direct delivered my boat without a problem and I intend to buy from them again. I would recommend this company to anybody they are a pleasure to deal with............

I have made several purchases with these people and can only say they offer excellent service and value for money.
I have recently bought wetsuits for the family and found these to be excellent value and top quality. The service I received was excellent. delivery was prompt and I also found them very helpful in the past when I needed some information before I made a purchase.

Excellent all round service
Highly recommend outdoor leisure direct, i have placed several orders in the last twelve months, and have always been impressed with the prices and the quality of the products. The orders always arrive within a few days, and even when i had to return an item which did not fit, a replacement arrived within a week.

First class service

First time using Outdoor Leisure. Absolutely fantastic service
I placed my order Tuesday night at 9.40pm, As I was going away for the weekend I rang Outdoor Leisure on the Thursday of the same week to ask if they had any idea when I could expect the goods. I was amazed that they told me the delivery was on route and should be delivered within the hour!! True to the word of the very helpful and polite young man at the end of the phone my goods were delivered on time (1.15pm) and are of excellent quality. Definitely will be my first stop to shop now.

Punchy on email questions & great service.
I bought a wetsuit. As a quite small adult i was unsure to the size i required. After a quick email they suggested a size based on my measurements. They we're very polite and they know their sizes well (it fits). Delivery was a day late but i wasn't urgent for it and you can't control the delivery companies. Would use them again.

Frankly the best
I recently ordered a small pool filter from Outdoor Leisure Direct.
My order was acknowledged by email and processed. I was emailed to inform me that the item had been sent via a delivery firm.
I was emailed again to say that the item would be delivered within a 2 hour slot on a particular day. The item was delivered exactly as promised. This is the best service I have ever had and the filter work perfectly.
In the past I have had some simple dreadful experiences with deliveries and I have complained. I believe in praising what is good and I do that wholeheartedly for your service.

Fast service, great value.
I ordered a shortie wetsuit for my daughter as she suffers terribly with 'blue lips' during swimming lessons - the website was easy to navigate and the ordering process straightforward. The wetsuit was delivered very promptly, although the promised email to notify me it was on it's way never materialised, so it was a pleasant surprise when it arrived a few days after placing the order!
I would definately use this site again - very reasonable p&p charges too!
