I would certainly buy from this outfit again...I looked at prices of the same items on many sites, and they were the cheapest. I had not dealt with them before: hence the search in other places. However, their web site was quick and easy to use, easy to pay, confirmed immediately...and delivery followed within 48 hours. I would recommend them from my experience - unreservedly!!

I ordered a wetsuit which turned out not to fit so I emailed the returns department and got an excellent response, they were more than helpful throughout the process of returning and exchanging the item, the responses to my emails were always quick and efficient. The delivery of the item was also exceedingly quick with it coming about two days after buying the original and the same again after recieving the item back and the difference between item price had been confirmed. Overall excellent service will definitely be ordering again in the future.

The item (ladies beach shoes) arrived the day after they were ordered.
Though we were warned to order a size smaller than normally taken we didn't and the item didn't fit. We returned them immediately and within 3 days received a replacement item with no quibbles or queries.

Price was best around, delivery was free and fast. I was updated about my order via email very well. I woul dhighly recommend using them to anybody. It's very refreshing to use such a professional outfit.

All good stuff and saved another 5% going to them direct as opposed to through Amazon..

I bought two boats (blow up kayak) total brill and served amazing in all condition and seriously helped co-ordination. Had to buy some awes as i broke them and just recent a new pump as old one had lost it nozzle again this was my fault. Total sweet customer services and amazing products it been better if they sold spare bags for boat to go in but saying that it only a bag, no issue. I had previously purchased a pool for my daughter and had forgotten to order a pump. As the pool and cover was due to leave the country I needed a quick result! I got it from Outdoor Leisure. Quality product + quick delivery too! You couldn't want for more.

Having ordered directly i waited for my delivery which never arrived despite chasing and being promised a date. Eventually they have promised to credit my account as the item is lost in their warehouse and I am still waiting for that to happen.

I bought a wet suit and shoes for my grandaughter. I would recomment this company to anyone. The service and quality was super. Being a granny I was not to confident to buy on line but I had no problems at all.

I was looking for children's folding garden chairs, not easy in winter time, however I found some super ones on this site. I needed to check a detail before buying them and sent an email. My answer arrived within minutes it seemed and the chairs arrived within 48hrs.!

After 10 months I am still waiting for [name removed] and/or [name removed] at Outdoor Leisure Direct to provide an answer to my email regarding a return for a malfunctioning air-pump built-in Intex airbed purchased on-line. I live in the Isle of Man and they seem not to know how to deal with returns from offshore islands. It left a bitter taste the experience I had with their customer service and and I will not recommend to anyone to buy from this company unless they live next door to their warehouses.

Have used on three occasions now, each time the customer service has been exemplary, even when there was a slight issue with the order. I highly recommend this business and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The response posted below is not true. I have not spoken to outdoorleisuredirect.co.uk on the phone, we have communicated through e-mail and I am not happy with the service.

I ordered 2 shortie wetsuits for my girls but was unsure of the sizes I needed to go for. The online size guide helped and when the suits arrived they were a perfect fit. The delivery was faster than anticipated and the product excellent. I will be using Outdoor Leisure in the future for various purchases.

From the ordering process to the delivery, was very professional.
The wet suit i purchased was good value, and my son very please with the quality in his open water swim.
I originally ordered the wrong size, but the return and exchange process with simply, and the wetsuit was with me in two days.
A good experience from start to finish.
