Twas only two beach chairs, bought quickly via PAYPAL, and processed, packed and delivered to Aberdeen in 2 days, with an email pre warning of imminent delivery in 2 hours prior to package arrival more or less bang on the stated time....can it always work this slickly? Anyway based on this single transaction an excellent customer service/process and products as expected in pristine condition.

Excellent site, wanted a wet suit for my son so he could body board in Woolacombe, delivery turned up 2 days after ordering, suit fitted perfectly (thanks to their guidance for measuring), so much cheaper than buying him one from the shops at Woolacombe, or any of the outlet stores that way.

Ordered 2 deckchairs, 3 shortie wetsuits and pop up beach tent on Sunday evening. The whole order arrived on Tuesday. Good quality products at better than expected prieces. The wetsuits were really reasonably priced and exceptional quality. I would throroughly recommend this company and have already passed details onto several friends who will be ordering.

Very fast delivery. When necessary to return found telephone conversation very useful and informative. Exchanged item sent out immediately. Wet suit is now just perfect and feels really good quality. Buying a wetsuit for the first time was very confusing and hard work. Although I measured my daughter properly and the guidance is on the website I found that I needed the next size up. My daughter would only be described as slim but is solid in her frame and I found that she needed age 12-14 to get it comfortably over her legs. I would buy aged 11 clothes for her so found it very unusual to need a size that on the website I would have thought was too big. I think it was my inexperience that led me to buy an incorrect size but maybe other novices would appreciate this information when undecided about which size to buy. Would advise buying a rash vest at the same time as a wetsuit as I am sure they will be of the same high quality. I made the mistake of not doing and paying postage on such a lightweight item is offputting.

Great service. The item was just as described and arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It was also the best price I found. No complaints.

It was so easy, ordered on a Friday evening and wetsuits arrived on the following Tuesday. Really pleased with value and quality, going to York to try them out tomorrow and wet and windy Devon in August.

The company did well.

We are currently in dispute over a leaking air bed so that may taint our opinions, but from ordering to delivery took only a day.

Our dispute is being handled efficiently (although not currently to our final satisfaction) with speedy e-mail responses and actions.

I ordered 4 wet suits and whilst two fitted perfectly one was too big and one too small. We returned them easily and got new sizes by return with no trouble, excellent service. They look brilliant for the price and can't wait to use on holiday.

I ordered the wetsuit for a grandchild, the given measurements were perfect and it fitted fine when delivered very quickly. Now in use in the sea and back garden pool in this nice weather in Glasgow, Would recommend.

bought a pair of Osprey wetsuit boots, VERY good price and quick delivery. When they arrived I realised I had ordered a size too small. No problem, the returns service was very effective and straightforward and a replacement pair were sent out within a week. Would certainly recommend and use again.

Just like to say that Outdoor Leisure Direct proved to be an excellent company to deal with. My order, for a seahawk III, oars and bouyancy aid was processed quickly and dispatched on time. I did phone them as well for product specifications and info not on website and was given a very informative response.

Staff were really helpfull with order as I had to change the wetsuit to a different size. Nothing seems too much trouble.

Prompt delivery exactly as ordered and at a really good price. Couldn't ask for more really.

Arriving quick and delivery quick.
Items are not brilliant though. Boat is ok. Blew up well. Though the oars have both broken within the first 10 minutes of usage. Causing problems in moving the boat, almost resulting in us having to abandon the boat and swim to the sides of the canal. For £100 I would have expected these to last longer. Not impressed as I have to buy more.
