The trousers took awhile to come alas no one got in touch with me to say they were awaiting delivery and I had to phone up myself to find out what was going on . How ever if u got this size in again I would purchase another pair

Took a month to deliver a pair of trousers i ordered n paid for. I had to contact them numerous times. Basically they were advertising trousers that they didnt have in stock. Bad. Bad. Bad.

Hi, we sincerely apologise for this, we never list items that we do not stock, we sell on line and through our store in Holmfirth, on occasions an item can be sold in store and the system will not update until the following morning, we did inform you that the trousers would have to be ordered directly from the supplier and at that point we are in their hands, the item ordered is very popular and we had to wait for the supplier to get more stock in. We are sorry that you feel we let you down, however we don't know what else we could have done. We are disappointed that you chose to leave a negative review after agreeing to wait for the item to come in. As you can see our reviews are mainly at the 5 star level as we pride ourselves on providing high quality items at great prices and with high levels of service. Excellent customer service. The trousers were mislabeled by the manufacturer so not the suppliers fault that they would not fit. Outdoormania exchanged them immediately and even refunded the postage.
Very pleasant people to deal with.
