Product as stated at a very competitive price however when I pay a premium for next working day delivery I expect just that not the two days later service received-I ordered on the Sunday and did not receive my delivery until the WEDNESDAY by Royal Mail Service hence only three stars.
STILL WAITING ON REFUND FOR POSTAGE 28/10/18 ???

Hi Eddie, sincere thanks for the review and feedback, we have looked into your order and can see what happened, you ordered on a Sunday and should have received your order by the Tuesday, we apologise that this did not happen, if it was delivered by Royal mail it looks like a mistake at our end as our NDD is by UK Mail. We will look into why this happened and see if we can improve anything, unless it was just a human error. Sincere apologies again, we will of course refund the delivery charge. Price very good
Price very good. Only 4 stars because there were two phone calls to discuss changes of colour due to ordered items being out if stock. Web site stock was out of date. Friendly calls though.

Brilliant Customer Service + Fast Delivery
Brilliant customer service - received a phone call to say there was a problem with my order (item out of stock). Situation was quickly resolved to my satisfaction and (in addition) a bulk-purchase discount was given. My special thanks go to Linzi Shepherd who demonstrated first-class Customer Service skills. Finally, both orders were delivered within 2 days of order placement. All in all, I have been "well-impressed" by this supplier. Thank you :-)

The first item I received was faulty
The first item I received was faulty. I called them and they were very apologetic and got the replacement to me the very next day. They arranged for the faulty one to be collected. No quibble. Great service.

First Class Service
Transaction to purchase footwear was dealt with over the phone with Linzi @ Outdoor Mania. After the order was placed she rang back to confirm
she had located a pair of sandals in the original colour and size I had
originally requested .
