Website doesn't show actual stock!
I ordered two pairs of girls ski pants and a pair of ski gloves which were showing as in stock on the website. A couple of days later, I had a phonecall from Outdoormania informing me that they had an issue with their website/inventory system and NONE of the items I had ordered were in stock. They had one alternative pair of pink ski pants which they sent me but I am returning because they are nothing like the original pairs I had ordered. Annoyingly, there was no returns paperwork or address labels in the parcel either. Very poor & I would not use this company again.

Items not actually in stock
Made an online order for some ski wear for my children. It said items were available and I made payment. Then got an email 48 hours later to say that nothing was in stock and did I want to choose something else. Not very good service.

Great experience with Outdoormania in Holmfirth! I am going skiing and I got EVERYTHING I needed all in one go all at reasonable prices even for the big brand names! Great range of items and even good stuff in the sale too! Lovely staff who helped me with sizes and I could try on in the changing rooms available. I would definitely recommend! Happy customer :)

Fabulous service
Fabulous service, great product. However, I live in a rural area and UK mail would not leAve parcel without a signature - took me ages and a lot of effort and eventually picked it up from the depot, 39 miles away. I suggest using a different courier .

Still awaiting second delivery
Ordering process was straightforward and products are reasonably priced. However, only part of my order was delivered, with a note that the remaining items would follow. This was two weeks ago; no timeframe for the remainder of the order was given and I have heard nothing since, until this request for a review.
