Fiskar weed remover- unsatisfactory customer service
We purchased a Fiskar weed extractor tool last year. My husband used it in the springtime to extract dandelions fromThe lawn area. He brought it from the garage again to use last week on the lawn weeds and the handle part which is made of plastic material broke.
As this product had relatively little use, we requested a refund from Outlet PC.
We received a response stating that from the photo it was clearly a case of being misused and a list of possibilities were cited, none of which were applicable .
We have responded back to Customer service to let them know that we do not feel this response is justified and have asked them to reconsider.
We await their response.
Update: we have been advised that any breakage is not covered by the warranty. Complaint form requested

Ordered for the first time, at first i was skeptical about the website and the prices but i trusted the reviews and went for it. Im so glad i did!! They have great prices, i found a disney jim shore figure that i was looking for that is usually really expensive, for a great price at this website. Shipping was also fast.
