Inaccurate information re stock availability and email service as to restocking is a waste of time.

I found the website a bit clunky to use, however the service was superb. Ordered on Tuesday morning and delivered on Wednesday morning, excellent.
I have not used the pillows yet but hope they are as good as those I experienced in a holiday let.

Really quick to get the order sent and love the product. Using in all our properties.

As always - absolutely top drawer service!!!! Just need the delivery team(s) to carry on in the same way!!

The items look good quality but sadly the packing was so inadequate that some items were missing and the boxes had broken. So by the time they reached me some of the towels and other items were torn and dirty. Presumably the delivery people had dragged the boxes along the ground and because the packing inside was so loose and flimsy the items were badly damaged. Its a shame that quality items were let down by poor packing

We placed three orders within a few days with next day delivery. The orders either didn't arrive on time or were incomplete when some or the orders did arrive. Customer service gave incomplete or misleading information regarding when the orders would arrive and what would actually be arriving when I phoned to find out what had happened to my order. They were unable to give effective or transparent tracking information. Even when it was clear the courier hadn't recieved items as there was no tracking information. Each time I phoned to find out what was happening I got a different story. They had no idea. I would not use this company. They are unreliable and are unable to fulfil orders on time. They send no information to tell you which items from your order will be missing or delayed. Worse experience I've ever had.

I used to order quite a few items from Out of Eden as the quality was good and the items were perfect for our self-catering business. However, putting delivery up to £12 for orders under £100 is excessive and makes the Out of Eden prices no longer competitive.

This is one of the highest delivery costs I've come across which makes me think Out of Eden could look around for alternative couriers/delivery methods. Perhaps it is due to putting the majority of Scotland under the one price bracket?

Due to the very high delivery costs I am sadly having to look for alternative suppliers.

I received my order on time & as expected. However I have requested on numerous occasions, a variety of sample sets, so as I can decide what to order for my holiday lets, they have yet to arrive 5 weeks later. I have also emailed them for a response to the sample order. I have still not received a reply 10 days later.
Edit: I have spoken to Out of Eden & they apologised about this issue. Jo processed my request over the phone & the order was received promptly 2 days later, which is pretty good going considering the postal strike & it being the week before Xmas. Well done 👏

Misleading website

I was about to purchase "biodegradable gloves", luckily I read the description. They are not biodegradable, they are commercially compostable. These are two different things and the product title is misleading.

Note: on the product's own website (vegware) they are called "Compostable plant-based food prep gloves" NOT biodegradable.

The service from Out Of Eden is first class. Goods arrive quickly and I have never had a problem with quality. It would be good if the 600g Easycare Towels were in other colours and not just white. They are brilliant and wash really well. Would buy lots more.

Out of Eden make trading with them so easy. Orders arrive correctly and on time, range of products is excellent and even better you get a phone call if they have a query which is even better if you have forgotten to add something to your order. Thank you for being such a great company.

Had a beautiful new (Yorkshire made) Luxury 2000 Pocket Sprung Hotel Mattress delivered today, part of a recent spend of £950 with you. I have been a customer for the last 4 years and always been very happy with your service. The process with the specialist order for the mattress was flawless and very efficient! I also recently had a browser problem and was unable to pay online, so I rang you and not only was you able to retrieve my 'basket' instantly, you dealt with it very professionally, explaining what was in immediate stock and some items were incoming etc. But crucially taking payment over the phone without any issue - NOT something I can say about one of your competitors Vision Linens, who in the same timeframe, very oddly refused to take payment (very embarrassing and I have spent nearly 3K with them since opening). So seriously, well done for being so professional!

Just purchased two boxes of unbleached tea bags by accident. We ordered them by mistake and wanted the individually sealed bags. Out of Eden were fantastic, giving us a full refund and saying we could keep the incorrect order. Excellent service and delicious tea.

Customer service ZERO, when I call you at least please listen what I have to say, not just say what ever you want and you don’t care what I called for. They are not easy to work with. I regret it to the full that I was your customer till today.

I placed an order for several items of bedding as a non commercial customer.
I had a little difficulty doing the order online, so I phoned them. They were so helpful and professional, my problem was sorted out straight away. The goods arrived really quickly. I am very happy with everything I ordered and would totally recommend this company, both for excellent customer service and quality products.
