My sister and I had a vacation of a lifetime in Italy thanks to our amazing OOO travel agent Millicent.
She did an incredible job collaborating with us to create an itinerary that immersed us in the center of Italian culture as we explored the many gems of northern Italy. We had never used a travel agent before but knowing we wanted to go to Thailand we knew we needed help. Maria was an exceptional help throughout the entire process arranging everything from flights, transfers, hotels and all our guides (with OOOs amazing partner Destination Asia!). International travel can be stressful but my wife and I knew we were in great hands and when we hit a little snag, Maria and her teammates fixed it quickly for us. I cannot recommend Maria and Out of Office enough!

A big thank you to Maria for arranging with Destinations Asia our trip of a lifetime to Cambodia and Vietnam. Everything from flights, transfers, hotels and especially all our guides who made our tours so memorable. Cannot recommend Out of Office enough for arranging our amazing trip. This is my first time ever using a travel agent and let me tell you, I will use out of office every time! Shaye helped my fiance and I book our Bali honeymoon and she has been so amazing! She is so lovely and professional and has made this whole experience sooo easy! We chatted on zoom and within two hours she had our whole itinerary ready to go, going above and beyond with every little detail. Couldn’t be happier with the experience, Highly recommend!

Not unsimilar to Other Reviewers; I'm also "rather picky", and prefer normally, to book my own flights, car hire, hotels and excursions. Package holidays just aren't my thing.

I believe that this process might save me some money, and usually results in meeting "most" (but not all), of my expectations.

On this occasion, because I understand so little about my chosen destination (Thailand), and because the Business is an "Ally"; I chose to work with an expert. Wolf at "Outofoffice".

Wolf was completely non-judgemental. I represent the "T" in LGBTQI+. He listened ( I mean, really listened), very carefully to my needs. Wolf then tailored a custom-assembled package to address the same.

I'm delighted with his travel proposal. Wolf was attentive, super diligent and genuinely seemed to care about my travel experience.

The package addressed all of my holiday desires and more importantly, avoided my dislike of the usual touristy traps. Serenity, and quiet are what I wanted.

The Package is amazing. Exactly what I asked for. The cost, reasonable enough, too.

Further, it's worth noting that from a Customer Service point of view; you are made to feel like you "matter", valued and so very important". On one occasion I called, Wolf didn't answer the phone. The person with whom I spoke pre-empted the usual introductions by saying "Hi Penny, how can I help"?

First class! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Maria Gardner curated an incredible Hawaiian honeymoon for us. The whole 2-week vacation took her less than 1 week to create a remarkably specific itinerary. Her communication is concise and personable and we're even more excited for our honeymoon now.

Wolf O'Neill was my contact at this company that helped me throughout the process of booking my 50th birthday trip to New Zealand and he was great! We had numerous conversations with follow up sessions for questions to address what I was looking for and was able to tailor the 2 week vacation itinerary to what my husband and I really enjoyed. and he even came up with suggestions that we didn't even know that we'd enjoy. With only a couple of very small hiccups, the entire journey went forward in a seamless and smooth fashion, and we had a wonderful vacation. highly recommended. and I would use Wolf for future luxury travel.

Wolf took a lot of time to learn our interests, travel needs and what we wanted to do. Together he curated a wonderful plan, right down to every little detail to help us nervous travelers. Wolf was energetic, responded so quickly to questions, and had lots of great ideas for us to consider.

Twice I’ve tried to book through this company and they’ve ended up with trip pricing that’s more than double the estimates they advertise online. Buyer beware: This is not an ethical company. [Edit after the company posted a reply here: The company says its CEO “has personally reached out to discuss” my experience. That’s not what actually happened. I tracked down the CEO’s email address and I wrote to him to share my concerns about the company. In responding, he asked if I would revise my review here, which I told him I would not do because I’d heard nothing from him about changes to staffing or practices that makes me think I or others would have a different experience. The inaccurate and misleading claim that the CEO reached out to me only reinforces my concerns about OutofOffice’s ethics.]

I’ve recently returned from a flawless four week adventure to South America and Antarctica booked through Wolf O’Neill of Out Of Office. I travelled in Rio de Janeiro, Bruno’s Aires, cruised in Antarctica with multiple land excursions daily, Iguazu Falls, and then a fantastic stay back in Rio de Janeiro at the end. Though we were on different continents, Wolf made the process so easy with frequent emails and phone calls to clear up the many details involved. He took care to listen to my dreams for the vacation and made each one critically important in his planning. Wolf delivered on every wish, upgrading to new levels of adventure and hearing if and when I was willing to downgrade in order to save some money on items that weren’t important to me. My safety was paramount, and Wolf planned far better experiences than I was hoping for. Will I use Wolf again to plan my next vacation? Absolutely! He’s already begun working on it.

We spent a lot of money to go to Bali on our honeymoon and there was so much that was poorly managed and the company did literally nothing to resolve it. Firstly they outsourced the entire trip to a local agency and didn’t know the ins and outs of what would be happening each day. Some days were so poorly designed (we said no scuba and yet we spent multiple hours trekking to a dinky boat to spend 2 hours on a scuba boat just to then trek all the way back, wasting a full 10 hour day). I was assured “you could stay on the boat if you want” which implied it would’ve been a nice boat experience to relax on and yet clearly the OOO person didn’t know at all what the local guide had planned. We also weren’t asked upfront what we really value in where we stay so the wrong hotel choices were picked (the team should really send a survey to fully assess client preferences and yet this simple tool is not used. Most of our hotels did not come with a view nor were located on the coast which seemed like an obvious place to want to be). It was hard to get a hold of the team as they’re clearly understaffed and the same person making your sale is the one to support your trip so they have not enough time to do so. Once the itinerary was made it felt very difficult to change it. the local tour guide we had talked the entire time in her local language - just some of the many issues we faced. I wish we went with a different agency and even a different location potentially had we had someone that got to know us better to plan a trip that was right for us.

we found out of office travel agency several years ago when looking for a trusted source to book our honeymoon and they made the entire process so easy that we have used them ever since. our most recent agent, Ben, is planning our 5 year anniversary trip to scotland next year and that happens to be where he is from so he has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to get to know us, what we like and dislike and cater a trip specifically for us while still allowing us freedom to not have every day planned. it has been a breath of fresh air for us because we don’t like a lot of pressure when deciding our movements out of the country but like a little guidance and recommendations.

they also plant a tree for every trip you book which is a neat little benefit of booking thru them as a way to give back to the environment. i cannot say enough about Ben and we are so excited to continue working with him! you will not be disappointed with out of office and their staff!

I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with Maria and, ultimately, my time in Costa Rica. Maria was super patient and attentive, and my trip definitely reflected all of her effort. I'm excited to already be talking about my next trip!!

We came across OutOfOffice from an ad on Facebook and then started our research. We were interested in going to Egypt with a small group We checked out several other companies and sent out email inquiries to all of them. Shaye Jolley called us immediately to introduce herself. She explained she had just worked with others on the Egypt tour and asked her coworkers to be the one to call us since this was all fresh in her mind. We can not say enough about how helpful Shaye has been with answering all of our many questions leading to our booking the Egypt tour and adding on the option of Jordon. Shaye also suggested the Stopover Program Istanbul has since we are flying Turkish Airways. She has been wonderful setting up our flights and working with us on all of our needs.
