Very helpful staff
The lady who I first spoke to was helpful and transferred me to a gentleman. The gentleman I spoke to (I forgot his name) was very helpful and sorted the problem out. On my OVO app it was stating a silly amount for my monthly payment. He very kindly sorted it out to £159 per month which I am very happy with.

The call was received promptly, within 24 hours from sending my email. Denison was very courteous and efficiently dealt with my request of changing dates of my Direct Debit. Shortly afterwards I received my email confirming the details discussed on the phone.
