At 83 I found reading my fit meter so difficult for two reasons
1 meter very hard to access
2 Not had the technical knowledge to provide you the information.

I have been unable to get through to OVO help centre by phone as no one picked up after numerous attemps. So yesterday sent a long email to try n sort my solar panal problem. Got a swift reply saying id be contacted. This morninh Zak called n has told me how to proceed.

I had previously been looking after my late mother's account, as sole Executor, and had her energy account linked to my own for convenience. After more than a year of doing this I attempted to log in, to update meter readings, only to find that I was unable to access either my own account or my late mother's account. I called ovo and was told the account had been reassigned without notifying me. An email would have been a sufficient courtesy to alert me that the account was being changed. But instead my email address was simply deleted rendering both accounts inaccessible. Very poor customer service.
