Prompt, polite and tackled the job with enthusiasm. The repair proved more challenging than expected as the lock was a discontinued model. He sought advice from his boss and was able to solve the issue and completed the task with minimal fuss in a single visit. We were kept informed with a quote prior to undertaking the work. Despite the unexpected challenges they honoured the original quote

We called early in a Saturday morning…
We called early in a Saturday morning as we needed access as our father had fallen and secured the Yale lock so we could not get in. Ryan took the call he told us how long he would begetting to us. He was very professional and helpful. He replaced the lock after getting us in. We will always be very grateful and have no hesitation in recommending this company. They were outstanding .

A quality service from Owen and Ryan.
Came to quote, then carried out the work the same day. I had a lot of broken windows, some haven’t been opened for years. They got every single one back working again.
Even managed to get a broke door open and working again, after I had another company round to say I would need a new door.
100% satisfaction, and would recommend to anyone looking to repair windows and not replace them.

Locks for our new house
We just moved to our new house and needed a few locks changed. The response was very quick. Mike visited us and offered a range of options, explaining quality/price for each. He also reviewed the current state of the doors and locking mechanisms, gave us suggestions on parts that may require replacement and did some maintenance! Despite going for top tier locks and taking into account the quality of service, the cost was very reasonable.
