Called to fix upvc front door locked shut by broken mechanism. Arrived when expected!
Mike worked painstakingly to open very stubborn door without damaging it or frame.
I was kept well informed as he worked through all the least cost options before concluding it would have to be a complete replacement of door and frame mech. to work.
Not quick but thorough and professional.
I would use them again.

Unable to lock my front door so rang a few locksmiths but Owen was the only one that sounded interested and could visit the next day. It wasn't straight forward, but did an excellent first class job and was courteous and professional.

I have just moved into the area, i wanted the doors locks changed on my new flat, also there were a couple of windows whereby the locks were broken. The locksmith provided me a quote on all work, and ascertained that as the windows were shut and were secure, for the first visit the front an patio door were the main concern on the first visit and the second lock on the door and the windows on the second visit, on both occasions, they were helpful, efficent and friendly, thank u, i will defiantely use them again.

Absolutely fantastic company, 2 new handles replaced, all work perfectly now! Wish I had this done a long time ago!
