Easy to follow website, great products, it is true they are like walking on a cloud

I needed shoes to be comfortable after ankle surgery and the pair I bought were the best so I ordered another pair.

I made an order but I had to cancel the order. I'm waiting to hear back from your customer service if you were able to cancel the order. Having to cancel is nothing to do with you. It was on my end. I love all the shoes I have bought from you. I hope you were able to cancel this order. I appreciate your help and love your company

The first 2 pair of shoes I purchased took 6 weeks + to get to me after some backwards and forwards emails. Once received-SUPER HAPPY. 3rd pair I purchased took 11 days. SUPER SUPER HAPPY. Will definitely purchase more in the future. So comfy and look fabulous.

ORDERING WENT Fast and I got my shoes on time

I now own several pair of Owlkay shoes and I love them. They're super comfortable and fit true to size. I'm a very happy repeat customer.

Stealing. Paid for my shoes. No confirmation email, no shoes. This company has stolen my money. I will see what my credit card company can do.

I really wished I came here prior to buying these shoes. The fit is awful and they are not comfortable. I have been trying to return them and the company keeps sending me emails making me jump through hoops. They only want to refund 20%. Worst company ever. Do not buy from them.

My experiences have been of a positive nature. The shoes arrived promptly. I have not received my latest order as yet, however every other order has been great. I think I have purchased 10 pairs of Owlkay shoes now. I love the bag they come in. You can wear these shoes all day and your feet do not ache. I’m slowly replacing all my shoes with Owlkay shoes as they are so comfy.

I ordered a pair of sandals. Their website claims that "returns are super easy." I emailed them that the sandals were not comfortable for me and I cannot walk in them; therefore I would like to return them. They kept writing back with offers of ie 20% return and I could keep them, or keep them and get a discount on future offers, anything other then sending a label for return. So I got stuck with a pair of sandals for $50 that I cannot wear.

I have kept all the correspondence as proof of their replies which skirted the issue. They never once addressed the issue of sending me a label.

Here is a partial copy of their return policy, copied from their website, which is the only reason I ordered them to begin with

"We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

1. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 60 days after the purchase date.

What should I do if I need to request a return&exchange?

To initiate a return&exchange, please contact our customer service team (email adr) for an assessment. Upon approval, the return address will be emailed to you. "

pl note i did the above; I contacted them and explained the issue. I do not recommend this company as they were not ethical and did not adhere to the policy as explicitly stated on their site

UPDATE 9/6/23: After writing this review, Owlkay refunded me 40% and told me to keep the shoes. I will be donating them to a charity. The reason I gave three stars is that I might be better off with the 40%, as mailing to China is prohibitively expensive. However that too should be clarified on their site.

Great shopping experience. Honest,and the shoes are wonderful. Very pleased with everything about Owlkay.
