Their customer service is the worst. They promise things and don’t deliver, such as give you a small discount. They come straight from China, so returns are costly and very time consuming, if they are successful at all. The shoes are fine but I would never order from them again!

Both the shoes I ordered are too small. I am really disappointed as they are uncomfortable. I won’t be shopping with Owlkay again

Sized small, not worth the price. So disappointed.

These shoes I have ordered for the second time have been a miracle for me! I was having awful foot pain in ALL of my shoes and the Dr. was no help! I tried these
and have had no more trouble. Told all my friends I will be wearing these even if the snow is up to my knees! Wish for white that are dressier and not thongs

Horrible customer service. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Do not be fooled. You have to beg for a refund and they refuse to even "write" respectfully to customers. It's the worst.

Got invoice in American dollar but you ended up taking $60.00 from my account. I will never buy from you again. I will also tell everyone I know not to buy from you either.

I followed their size chart (even measured my foot just to make sure). When the shoes came, they were WAY too big -- just flopped around when I walked. When I contacted them they made me send them a picture of the shoes on my feet. Then they told me since there was nothing physically wrong with the shoes (I guess not fitting doesn't count) that I had only two options:
They would send me a 30% off coupon for another pair in a different size - or -
They would give me 10% of my money back.
In either case I would be stuck with the shoes. They said that it would cost me too much money to return the shoes that didn't fit.
So, basically, even though I followed their sizing chart exactly, I was screwed. Don't order from them!!! They still haven’t given me an address to send them so I have a friend who works with the Bureau and I’m going to stop them from taking advantage of us here in the USA. Everyone share on all of your social media and take them out of business

Thank you so much, I love everything about my shoes, they are very light and awesome for the job that I do, love the different styles that you have & I've had alot of positive feedback from my work mates regarding my shoes, this is my 6th pair of shoes that I've brought. You Guys are awesome 👌

I do like the shoes but they are not well made and only support by giving discounts although I did get 10% off when I complained 5 times. Do not buy unless you like flat shoes.

Awful customer service,ordered two pairs weeks ago, received one pair which are way too small. They won’t advise how I can return them. The second pair have still not been received.

If I could give this company a -00000 review I would they sent me 3 different sizes but I will be getting my money back I am writing the BBB and called my credit card company to refuse payment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!!

Ordered shoes. Said they would ship in a few days. It's been 3 weeks and NOT EVEN SHIPPED yet. Emailed customer service - no reply. I think this might be a scam outfit - beware.

EDIT - two years later update. No, they never did deliver.

I'm giving them a star, because they are deceitful scammers and do not care about customer satisfaction. I received some sandals I had ordered. I got in touch with them because they were not good for me, and they said they would give me a partial refund that was more or less 2/3 of the total price, but I only received $12. I contacted them and they say they were going to send additional money; in another response to my email, asking for the rest of the money they said they would send a gift. They never did. I wrote several times until I just capitulated. Their emails were impersonal and rude, unlike those you usually receive in the United States from customer service. I gave up. This happened a year ago, and I could not retrieve all the emails we exchanged, and their responses. Please do not buy from them.

I saw an advertisement for a pair of sandals that I thought would be good for everyday city wear in the summer but I didn't know the company so I saved the photo of the shoes and put it into Google lens. I found the identical pair of sandals sold at Walmart for 20% less and on Amazon (in limited colours) for 55% less. I bought from Walmart. Clearly this is a re-seller scam.

I paid USD47 for a pair of Owlkay shoes. The shoes which were delivered were smaller than those ordered. They came without a packing slip. My queries were not answered, and I cannot get a refund. Nobody should do business with these people.

Everything the other customers say is true... The product and the customer service are AWFUL!
The shoes didn't fit. I asked to return them. I was offered a 10% refund!!!!! Then they asked me to send them a photo or a video of the problem. Ummm.... they don't fit! I don't need to send a photo or video to prove this. The BS goes on from here. I have been trying for 4 weeks to get my refund. The latest BS is to return them to china and when they receive them at the warehouse they will refund the purchase price. YA RIGHT they will.
