I have purchased multiple pairs of shoes for multiple people. Unfortunately the sizing was completely incorrect and they varied even within the same style. I have basically written them off, and the people I gave them to report the same thing. They have given them to other people. For example my last order included a pair of size 10 shoes that were definintely at least an 11. There is no way I can wear them, and they are headed for the second-hand shop. A second pair are “slides” or slide on, toeless shoes. There is a beautiful pattern cut out of the leatherish material over my foot, but the inside is so rough, that they scrape my feet as I walk. These too are unworn, and awaiting my next trip to the second hand shop.

This company is a total scam responsible for stealing millions of dollars from buyers. They operate out of China. I ordered shoes, paid for them, and never received a confirmation. Twice I was told the order had shipped, but they refused to give me a tracking number. Then they went silent. I put together all the emails in chronological order and sent it to the F.B.I Internet Crimes Division, Dallas field office. This has to stop! If you know someone in China who could help track them down we need to do it!

I tried to reach out twice to you by email, and never received a response. I purchashed three pair of shoes and two need to go back. If I would had known these were from overseas I would Never had ordered them.

You just carry really good, comfortable shoes. I really appreciate that because I've had surgeries on my feet, broken bones, knee replacement, ACL surgery, and I need comfort on my feet.

The company will not respond for me to return my shoes that do not fit. They ignore my emails. Do not order from them. Order from Amazon instead, if you think you want these shoes.

Ordered a pair over a month ago and still waiting. Not impressed. Buyer beware.

Placed my order. Immediately noticed when order was completed that my color choice of blue was defaulted to white when I made my shoe size choice. Emailed customer service, they emailed back that they were reviewing. Never heard back

love love love the style, fit, color, and price of the shoes. But, my first order took a month to arrive--I thought the order or shipment might have gotten lost. I may not have bought it directly from you though... might have been a third party delay. I hope my new two pairs will come more quickly.

I find your shoes stylish and well made. They are also reasonably priced and easy to purchase online.

This is a disreputable company. They do not honor the return policy they have stated on the website. I needed to return the shoes as they were way too big around my foot. I sent multiple emails and each time they replied with a 'low ball' offer other than a return, for example a 20% discount on another pair of shoes. I will not order from them again.

I typically have a difficult time in the summer finding a sandle that supports my feet properly. These sandals so are amazing, I ordered two more pairs! They fit perfectly and support my feet so well that I can wear them all day without feeling any discomfort.

I love the shoes! They are the most comfortable shoes BUT the pair I bought were too big! I need to exchange them. How do I do that?

They just didn't want me to return the shoes and kept refusing to give me a return address. In the end I was worried that they would deny the shoes ever
arrived, so I agreed to the 1/3 refund they gave and I kept the shoes - and donated them. I would never buy from then again. Very disreputable!

I loved the shoe but because it was my 1st purchase, I wasn't sure on the sizes, if they were true to size so I sized up & they were way too big but the customer service & timely response was Awesome. I was given 15% off my next purchase & a refund of 10% (I would have liked to be able to return the shoe so I could repurchase in my correct size). I've ordered 2 more pair different style shoes & I'm hopeful, they will fit perfectly.

I received two pairs of shoes and both are not true to size. One is one size smaller and the other is so wide that they fall off my feet. I am trying to return them for a refund and I am having a difficult time in getting a response

Shoe size (11) was perfect. (I've tried many online shoe orders and shoes are often too big/small). Prompt delivery too.
