I must have accidentally clicked on this sponsored site. I did NOT order or request any services from them in any way shape or form. I have Samsung Pass set up on my phone. So I am not sure if that's how they stole my information or not. But three attempts of $34.99 were made on my card in the middle of the night! These people or someone working there are theives. I ordered NOTHING! We need a button for Minus stars in this case. It doesn't matter that it was for $34.99. They probably do this 24/7. That said, I plan to call the Better Business Bureau and make a formal complaint. Further I suggest anyone that has had the same experience do so too!

Service request to cancel service was placed after the 7 day free trial. OK, I have been charged for 1 month, but I have not had access to my reports during this prepaid time. And can not reach a customer service by phone or chat.

Provided WRONG information When pointed it out to them they refused to correct it

This company is a Scam. I signed up for the 7 day trial period and input the address that I wanted to research for owners name on the deed. I got a list of addresses with pictures but not one of them was the property I was inquiring about.

Horrible, and waste of time with incorrect information, and than the process to cancel is a nightmare!!

What a worthless little website. Wasted my time with their bait and switch which is extremely disrespectful to the consumer.

Inaccurate information all the way about my home. It didn't have current owner, home value- zero information. I canceled it 10 minutes after I signed up for the free trial. Absolutely horrible company!

Site stated recorded property documents available, but when I searched 4 different properties "NO results" was all I received. Don't bother with this website

I submitted the address a house in my neighborhood and they told me the review was ready but I had to sign up for a 7 day trial. I had a choice of a $1.00 basic review or a $5.00 for the super duper review that I could print.
I sprung for the $5.00 one and when I got in it said they had no information on the address. So they were lying to start with. I tried 2 more addresses and they could not find anything on them either. They did find a little information on the fourth address, but it was very incomplete.
I canceled my trial but they kept my $5.00.
Sometimes you get what you pay for and sometimes you don't. I didn't.

I ran one property for my architect husband then immediately cancelled the trial. I have since been charged 2 times. Reported fraud to bank so was issued a new debit card. Well this morning somehow charges from Ownerly have appeared on my NEW card. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT with this company. Will be reporting to the BBB, consumer affairs and my back tomorrow as today is a Sunday.
I was widowed on august 30th 2024 and cannot afford nor have the time or energy to fight.

Incredibly slow! Unlike Zillow or Redfin, which work off free public information, Ownerly wants my email to spam me and $1 up to 25 reports! With this business model, I only see one future for this scam—oops, I mean company, sewage!

All appearances was that they had the info i was searching for, however after paying fee. Results were no info found. What a disgusting money grab.

I was looking for deed information for a property I own in the US and the information that was presented from Ownerly's database was both comprehensive and accurate. It was very helpful for me as now I know there are some modifications needed as the deed was not properly recorded with the county. Thank you. Michael Z

I was able to get the information I needed easily. Saved me a lot of time by not needing to go to the County Clerks office.

Company is a joke. We are purchasing a piece of land. There were no records found. Our current business property has only the records from when we bought it this year (and it is a million dollar property. Totally useless investment. Don't bother!

You provide a very comprehensive report on property.

Waste of time, any site that makes you "wait while showing a animation of the data being loaded" is putting on a show and full of nothing you can't get for free.

One person makes a mistake and the rest of these "services" copy the mistakes without verifying if the information is correct. It negativity impacted my near perfect credit score. I am fed up with all of you. I never lived in Illinois and there are several people listed living in my house who never did.
