The majority of the information is outdated by years and the owner information is inaccurate. Do NOT use this site. Home values are off by tens of thousands of dollars.

All information on the property that I looked for is 💯 was great got alot more information than I expected. On top of that I made a mistake and purchased a plan that was way more than I wanted to pay. Customer Service contacted me immediately refunded all my money no questions asked was not expecting that at all. Would and have referred family members to site all have a great experience. Again Thanks for being so prompt.

I had canceled my account during the free trial based on the fact that the information on myself was inaccurate and multiple people that were listed are now dead therefore the information is suspect. They had aliases of Mexican men for me and I'm a white female. The problem is that they still charged my account putting my account in arrears.

I signed up with Ownerly for a subscription after haggling with them about not allowing me to use the 100 reports that I paid for in 2023. In explaining why they would not allow me to utilize what I already paid for, Rhema Zafra emailed me to say they offer both monthly and quarterly subscriptions. I subscribed, again, 2 wks ago and called to day to make sure I'm on quarterly billing. I was told by customer service that I COULD NOT BE BILLED QUARTERLY. I'm wondering who is lying and who is telling the truth? Why can't they offer good customer service and honor what they say? This is ridiculous! I'm waiting 24 to 48 hours for a supervisor to return my call.

None of the data was anything I had not found elsewhere.
Easy to sign up. Difficult to find a way to cancel. No I do want a monthly subscription.
My trust in these folks is not very good. They should be more transparent about signing up and provide an easier route to cancelling.
I have a cancellation email. Let’s see if it works

total scam. does not provide any information that is not already publicly available online. Quick and easy to sign up for membership, but extremely hard to cancel.
