Don't buy from them

Do buy from them, they have a 30 day returns policy, you return the good and they don't refund you. Then they lie and say they have refunded you but you paid through afterpay. So they don't have your bank details so how can they refunded you direct to your bank without details. Have reported them to fair trading. They are shonky don't deal with they they are fraudsters. Beware.

Brite jumbo truck tail light

I received two jumbo truck tail lights with reverse function. These are very good jumbo tail lights super brite and well made, come with e-mark certification. bloody love these lights quick service. I just spoke to a rude Chinese person that…

I just spoke to a Chinese person that said he just been in the country for 10 days but spoke good English .He was very rude and spoke over me and would not let me speak. I wanted to know why I had not received the 26” rear wheel that I had ordered HE HUNG UP ON ME. He is going to work in Australia he must understand AUSTRAIAN RULES ANS REGULATIONS

Please do not assume that individuals from certain racial backgrounds are automatically engaging in illegal employment practices or fail to understand Australian rules and regulations. Additionally, the staff member who assisted you is an Australian citizen, contrary to your statement about being in the country for only 10 days.

Regarding your specific concern about the size of the wheel you received, I'd like to shed some light on the process. Since you insist on returning the 24" wheelset to the courier driver when the driver delivers the 26" wheelset, there seems to be a misunderstanding. As mentioned by our staff, the return pickup and the delivery of the replacement wheel are handled by different logistics partners—Allied Express for pickups of the return item and Courier Please for deliveries of the replacement to you. Consequently, it's not feasible for both actions to occur simultaneously. You cannot refuse to return the item back and get the delivery just because we use different courier companies. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

Despite our staff's attempts to explain this, it appears there was difficulty in reaching a mutual understanding. As a result, the conversation was unfortunately halted. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused.

Negative Experience with Ozanda

My very negative unnecessary experience with Ozanda.
There was no reply to my email of the 30th April regarding not receiving a confirmation email for my order of the 27th April.
I had an order number 57020 from Checkout on the 27th April when they debited $49.99 from my credit card and then heard nothing from them.
Only after I put up a Trust Pilot review expressing my frustrations at wondering what had happened to my credit card payment did they reply within the review website giving details of the dispatch of the order which was received at my Post Office on the 13th May.
They still insist I received a confirmation email which I did not.
If I had, this review would not have been necessary.

It seems the most relevant comments are the ones that experience difficulty. I ordered some goods on 19 April 2024. Nobody answers telephone number listed. 6 days after order - of which my money has been taken - I have had ZERO communication from OZANDA and still trying to contact them.
