Frames good styles - but takes over 10 days to arrive, wish they came quicker. Had to exchange a pair. Sending back easy with printed label etc; However told to exchange would take 15 days!! Again a long time. If you had a free try on 7 day service this would be better, I would then not have had to exchange frames.

No complaints- very fast.

I wanted a second pair of reading glasses as there have been times when I can't find my others or I've left them in work but I didn't want a bank loan to buy them and found just what I wanted with Ozeal. Fantastic glasses for a fantastic price.

I really recommend this company. I was worried about buying glasses over the internet rather than opticians on the high street but I was pleasantly surprised. The glasses fit, are the right prescription were cheap and are very stylish. They are much better than what I could buy on the high street and they were made quicker too.

Glasses arrived promptly, well packaged. They fit lovely and are comfortable to wear. Would definately recommend this company.

Measurements for glasses were off point, a little big but getting used to it however overall good value for money. Very happy with my purchase. Also delivered within stated time. Was abit worried as ordered over the internet.

This was the first time I'd ordered prescription glasses online so I was unsure how well it would work out. I needn't have been concerned at all, it was a great experience. I just picked a great pair of cool specs, put in my prescription details, made a couple of lens choices and applied the discount code to the already reduce specs. Dead easy and they arrived quicker than expected.

I will definitely recommend ozeal to everyone i know. The only thing they need to concern is faster the delivery time, I receive my glasses over a week, hope they can do better next time.

This is the first time I've ever ordered my glasses online, so I was a little apprehensive. I trawled through LOADS of sites till I found this one, which seems to be the only one I found that asks for your pupil-to-pupil measurement. The site was really straight forward and easy to navigate, and explanations given for things were really clear and simple to understand. (Then again, if there's anything you don't understand, there's usually someone online in a little chat window who can help talk you through it). The prices are all clearly listed so you know what you're paying, which is great, and your glasses get to you in a few days. I'm loving my new specs, they're the same sort of quality you get when you buy them in the opticians, but they're like 1/4 of the price! My only issue was that I need small frames, and I didn't feel that there was a wide enough range in small sizes. Still, I'm definitely ordering them from Ozeal again!

Easy to order, perfect fit. Slight problem with yellow outline on horizons, think this is due to the transitions lenses. If they last until my prescription needs renewing in 2 years I will be very satisfied. Would definitely order from Ozeal again.
