I've always been reticent to buy glasses online for fear that they'd get the prescription wrong and send me a pair of 'Japanese sniper goggles'! Ozeal took my online buying cherry and a very agreeable experience it was! The styles they sell are unusual, a step ahead from the high street chains and the service was quick and hyper efficient. I love my new bins and I'm rather fond of Ozeal too.

This was the first pair of prescription sunglasses that I have ever purchased, in the past I have used ordinary dark glasses and put up with the lack of vision. These are a revelation and are exactly what I wanted.
My only reservation is that I ordered grey lenses and these are rather brown - what the hell, they work just as well!

Unlike the majority of people ordering glasses, I was looking for some reading glasses to wear at the same time as my contact lenses which correct distance vision and are worn when I'm spending the day doing outside activities or playing sports etc.. Instead of specifying "reading glasses" on my order, I'd specified "computer" because in those circumstances, I'm mostly looking at a tablet PC or smartphone. Ozeal challenged my order and following a useful email exchange, we agreed the prescription.
Of course, the above is the action of any company with a professional attitude and commitment to customer care. However, it took me completely by surprise because I was ordering glasses costing £12.99 not £129.
My glasses have now arrived and are perfect. I have been absolutely delighted with the whole experience and am already recommending Ozeal to friends and colleagues.

With 50% off - I had it in my mind that it was surely too good to be true and half expected a pair of Jack Duckworth glasses to arrive in the post as I paid less than £13 for the frames, and that price included lenses and shipping.

Well, all I can say is that I will be using Ozeal again.

The glasses arrived, packed safely in a chunky glasses case that was was wrapped in bubble wrap - that was placed in a cardboard box, I doubt even a vial of smallpox would be transferred so securely.

The glasses are perfect. Exactly as in the picture on the website and not at all like the novelty glasses you see whereby plastic eyeballs fall from them on springs, which is what I had in mind when I paid £13. I mean come on, you can't even get Saturday market knock off Ray-Ban sunglasses at that price. I honestly assumed that for the price I paid that perhaps there was some small print I didn't read, perhaps the lenses were to be constructed by South American prisoners and the lenses would have obscenities scratched into them, or perhaps my prescription would be irrelevant as the lenses would be forged from old Newcastle Brown bottles.

But no, Ozeal provided me a perfect order, exactly to my prescription, exactly as I had hoped and even offered a further 30% off my next order. Shipping was quick. The website was by far better than most other online glasses websites, whereby you can use a "virtual try on". And the prices, well I searched the web and nothing compared to the prices and variety offered by Ozeal.

Ozeal, you have my custom and I will and have been recommending you to friends and family. I will be using Ozeal again very soon.

Never bought spectacles online before and was dubious about getting my prescription ones. But Ozeal website was great. Very easy to use, easy to load my exact prescription details, great selection of frames and great prices. Fast turnaround too - got my new glasses in about a week, delivered to my door.

Completely worth it!

ordered glasses for the time on internet and was nervous. wanted a pair of sunglasses. took over a week to start processing as you can track the progress all in all received them 10 days after ordering them. they are great but they do not have any nose pads and just want to slide down your nose all the time, if i can find a way to stop them doing that i think they will be brilliant

Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In fact I already have - to buy a spare pair - at these prices you can have a different pair every day of the week! No problems with ordering and both pairs arrived quickly and safely.

I placed an order for a pair of glasses, and was very excited about the 50% off deal they were promoting.
I received a conformation number that day and had been charged. After a week of waiting for an email with a tracking number and not getting one, I sent an email just wanting to know the status of the order.
It has been a week since I have sent the email, 14 since the initial order and still have not heard back from anyone.
SO...i hope to hear back from them soon because there are several pairs I have my eyes on and would like to order more in the future. However, if this is what the customer service is like (no communication) then I will take my business somewhere else.

If you have your prescription, including your pulmonary distance, and know the style and size of the frame that suits you, you can't beat the selection, the price and the lens options. The only reason that I didn't give Ozeal 5 stars is the length of time it takes to get your new specs!

A superb range of frames to choose from, much better than my local stores. Unbelievable prices, I ordered 3 pairs and am delighted with them all. I will certainly shop with Ozeal again and recommend them to friends.

The website was user friendly, although I stabled forward not really knowing where it would take me. I took my time to find the perfect set. In an effort to save money I didn't go all out. I regretted this after a week reflecting on it. I wish I had order the photo chromic lenses. I contacted Ozeal through the website to ask when delivery was due and ask if I coukd change my order. Ozeal had already started on the order and let me know it was possible to make the change but it would have delayed the order another 7 days. They were professional and polite, and I'm very happy with the specs. I will definitely used Ozeal again
