My friend ordered eyeglasses from you and she was very happy, so I decided to do the same - and I am very happy! The frames and glass are made very well. I would highly recommend this company. They offer a wonderful return policy too, if something isn't right. Go Ozeal!!!

There are a bunch of places online to choose from when shopping for glasses. I shopped around and finally settled on OZEAL. I am very glad I choose them! Great selection, great price and great service.

I never write any review for a company that I purchased something online for. The glasses were super and what I expected them to be. My only problem is that I didn't give them 5 stars was their communication, I try calling them on the phone provided on their websites it was never answered and it keep saying leave a voicemail but a fact from that outstanding products

Ordered two prescriptions using same style frames as I really liked them. Waited two weeks for them to arrive (not very helpful considering these are glasses that people need to be able to see properly!) Once arrived I found to my irritation that neither pair had the prescription indicated in either box (glasses were put in boxes). Surely all that is required is common sense by Ozeal? Tried both pairs on (one for computer work, the other pair for driving) needless to say neither of them were the correct prescriptions. So fed up, have had terrible eye strain which was the reason why I visited the optician in the first place, headaches galore. The only positive point I can say about Ozeal is that they refunded very quickly. Perhaps if they put more effort into their prescription make up and staff training then they wouldn't have to give refunds. Won't be using them again no matter how inexpensive their products.

A further 24 hours and Ozeal continue to maintain our order is on its way, but cannot say when, how or IF! The customer service (or lack thereof) Team seem incapable of telling the truth! AVOID THIS COMPANY

Whilst our order was eventually dispatched and received it took a great deal of effort to get Ozeal Customer Services to provide SERVICE!

The products left a lot to be desired compared to my order with other companies!

I've ordered 3 pairs glasses from here, had a problem with my order which was my fault they talked me through placing my order correctly with me asking the most stupid questions but the were very patient and we got there in the end... Lovely glasses high spec? Comes in lovely case, will deff order again... :-)

Found Ozeal through search engine - very good prices and lots of online promo's gave me even bigger discount! Huge choice, easy to order, had to return an order which was also fuss-free (free returns) and refunded in full.
Re-ordered from them and very happy with purchase - deliveries are quick, glasses are great for price, and communication is excellent.
